Ordered a pack of 10 40cm 0.8mm 2 pin…

Ordered a pack of 10 40cm 0.8mm 2 pin black connecting cables via the Kyglaring website.
Order came but, only one cable was in the packet!
I have been trying to get the other 9 for weeks now but just keep being passed around to try and request the missing items.
I've tried Kyglaring itself through service@kylgaring and the email bounced straight back.
Then I tried support@kylgaring to be told 'friend' I need to order the missing items through our shopify page. Apparently there is a customer service option on that page!!!!
I've tried literally every link on the page and none take me to customer service!!!!
One took me to a chat option. Chat I did but, no response - even through email as indicated on the chat site!! All I got was a 'special link' for resend costing me $0.10. What the heck - I have to pay extra just to get the products I've ordered and paid for!!!!!!
Is there anyone out there who can actually respond to a request to provide my missing items as you have taken my money but not provided my items!!!
Absolutely disgusting customer service!!!!
Please, either refund my money or, provide the missing items asap or I will be taking this matter further!
Angry and frustrated doesn't even cover it!

Almost a month later and this is still not resolved! I'm now being told my parcel was undeliverable but, the tracking number I have, to check on Royal Mail is showing as not being recognised.

I have not received any notification from Royal Mail that they have tried to deliver the package - they always leave a card to say they have tried to deliver and a contact number to request re-delivery - NOTHING!

As I live in a block of flats - it would be very unusual for no-one to let them through at the main entrance door.

Extremely frustrated with this whole experience.

First order was fine.

Second order - missing products then, nothing but being sent from one contact to another to try and get what I've paid for, with one excuse after another!

I no longer want this product and have requested a full refund.

I will NOT be using this company again.

Hello, friend. We are very sorry for the bad shopping experience you had. Sending the wrong item was our problem, and our customer service has also acknowledged it. The reason why we need you to pay 0.1 for the link is because we cannot directly use logistics to ship to you, and we need to create a transaction channel for this reshipment. 0.1 is the lowest price and only serves as a medium, without the idea of charging you any fees. After all, 0.1 cannot actually make us a lot of money, right? I hope you understand. And I have contacted Shopify customer service, and they said they have already replied to your message. You only need to create this transaction medium to send you the missing product: 9 connecting wires. Since you paid 0.1, we will send an additional connecting wire, which is 10 connecting wires. If you agree with this solution, please contact Shopify customer service

If there was a 0 star that would be it……

If there was a 0 star that would be it… I bought a lighting kit with music for Diagon alley and it was absolutely worthless. The music didn’t work-instead I would hear a rattling sound coming from the “speaker” they provided. Additionally, the lights are so weak and dim. They are promoting false advertisement on their website, which shows models with extremely bright lights. Lastly, their customer service is non-existent. I never received a response about the issues. I spent so many hours following their terrible, hard to follow instructions just so I can be even more dissatisfied with their horrible product. Do not buy from them.

None existing customer service

Absolute non existing customer service. Emails and compaints on socials is not even getting a response. Two wires too short is the only thing wrong with my otherwise brilliant light kit on my lego delorean. Either gamble and buy a kit that may be spot on or go and research other light kits and buy one of those.
In my opinion this is the best kit for the lego delorean. Its let down by a crap customer service.
Even an email to the UK copyright department got a stern reply not to contact them as they were only looking after copyright and nothing to do with the actual Kyglaring company.

Edit... Ok 6 weeks after my inital review they got in touch and sent a replacement part. I'll still leave the original score up because you want your problem sorting out immediately not 2 months down the line. I have also ordered more light bricks from them since which have fitted no problem so its your call if you buy from them

Customer service is non existent

Customer service is non existent. Received product as a gift that contained parts that did not work and asked for replacement parts and assistance with the controller. Received zero support, no response. They simply do not care about customer service or customer satisfaction.

Don’t buy!!

I ordered a set of lights and once I had put them into my Lego set, and connected all the cables it didn’t turn on or work. Support is useless as I sent an email and never heard back.

Don’t buy, waste of money.
