The overall experience was very positive and the process was straightforward and easy to follow. I wanted to have a bag authenticated, and I was guided throughout on exactly which photographs to provide. If an image wasn't clear enough, I was asked to resend it, which reassured me that the assessment was being carried out thoroughly.

Ultimately, there is always an element of trust involved in the final result, but I felt confident in the process and appreciated the attention to detail. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely use the service again.

In June 2026, I purchased an item from KYM's website and paid the advertised price in full.

The next day, I received an email stating that the price displayed on their website was incorrect due to a "system error" and that I would need to pay around four times the original purchase price if I still wanted the item.

After several emails, the only resolution offered was £10 off the revised price, which I did not consider reasonable given the scale of the increase. I also had to follow up for a response after my final email went unanswered.

I have kept this review as a factual account of my experience to help other customers make an informed decision. I hope others do not have the same experience, but based on what happened to me, I would advise caution. Be aware that an item purchased and paid for at one price may later be subject to a substantial price increase before the order is fulfilled.

I would never choose to shop at this place in future based on not just what happened but how they chose to handle it.

Called customer services prior to purchase and when I was waiting for my order to arrive.
It was shipped from their warehouse in France so took over a week to arrive but the Chloe bag I ordered arrived perfectly packed and in excellent condition as described
