Ordered 1oz of 85% trichloroacetic acid


Ordered 1oz of 85% trichloroacetic acid from them. Acid was not anywhere near the purity advertised. TCA above 70% purity frosts skin white instantly, theirs didn't have this affect even after leaving it on skin for a minute straight. It could have been water for all I know. I have attempted to email them multiple times to request a return/refund, to which I never got a response. I attempted to call them, nobody was available. Their live chat feature on their website has no human agents available either. I can't get a hold of anyone regarding this.

WARNING: LAB ALLEY SCAMMERS

DO NOT BELIEVE THE good REVIEWS YOU SEE ON LAB ALLEYS PAGE. They are fraudulent and sell you placebo impotent product. I purchased HQ from them to make beauty products, only for it to have no effect. I emailed them to ask for the % potency and they sent me to write my question thru their page knowing full well it will never go thru, you will always get a 504 error. I emailed to report and further ask my question and they never replied. DO NOT fall for them, they are scammers.
