I can’t thank brother Usman Ahmed enough for the package he put together for my family of 8. He diligently accommodated for my family on the dates requested, and looked into hotel proximity with consideration of my familys needs. The hotels, transport and ziyarat were all on point and to a good budget, he provided advice on value for money, and was in touch through out our journey to ensure we are all ok. My family had a wonderful experience and we can’t wait to go back. Jzkallah once again for this very positive experience.

Usman was so helpful though our whole trip. He kept us updated on any changes with umrah visas (as we performed umrah close to hajj time). Overall very easy to book everything including Ziyara Tours

This company is a scam

They sold me a package for five people when the hotel would only accommodate 4 people. The hotel did not allow another person to stay in the room and no bed was provided I make laabaik aware of this but they did nothing to assist. I hand to male alternative arrangements with friends in jedda which meant I had to stay separately from my family.

When dealing with this far from helping the staff were rude and obstructive. When I asked them to confirm there details so I could raise a complaint with the relevant bodies they stopped communicating with me

Even helping with the booking once you land in Saudi Arabia is something they cannot do I had to call the airline myself to organise changes as this service was horrible

All they want to do is charge you extra and not provide a service I will be escalating the complaint

Mr Shawaiz helped me with my visa process and it was an extremely easy and efficient process!
