The purchase, deliver and set up were seamless and very smooth process. The chair is amazing and is perfect for what we were looking for before having to look at back surgery. Great chair - I'd say everyone needs one in their home to promote good health.

I was contacted via mass text about new chairs. I have owned my legacy chair for 2 years and love it, however I felt it was missing some areas. Therefore, I might be interested in a new chair with newer technology. So I inquired. My man CALLED ME on my phone and walked me thru what I was doing wrong! He fixed my issue! He could have very well sold me a new chair, but chose to resolve the issue instead. What a stand up guy, running a stand up business!

Robert is the king of patience and helpfulness! We bought our Daiwa chair over a year ago and when we had a scuff on the headrest caused by the delivery team, Robert jumped right on it and got the entire headrest replaced, not just the cover! Wow! The chair has worked beautifully from day one and we know if we ever have a problem, Robert will solve it. Great man, great products.

So happy to order my 2nd chair from Robert Shih. It was delivered this time to my Florida winter home. After meeting at the Strawberry Festival in Tampa Florida this spring and buying my first Daiwa Lagacy 4 chair, I had it delivered to my Illinois home. I found out quickly the relief I get from using it for daily messages. I love that chair! It's the 1st thing I do every morning. Friday, 9-24-20, my new Daiwa Hubble chair was delivered. I knew I needed something to keep me from wanting to head back to Illinois this winter. This new chair is fantastic! Thanks to Robert and his team now at Labbros !
