Item not as shown The item was meant to be a black hoodie, the item that came was white fabric, printed black on the outside with the design. The image was pixelated.

I asked for a refund and they said no. They offered me 3%, 7% then 9% compensation and ignored my request for a refund. After 25 days of back and forward I gave up. Learn from my mistake.

A fuir.. j'ai reçu ma commande assez vite, mais les articles sont vraiment de mauvaises qualités, ne ressemble pas du tout aux photos et quand vous demandez une procédure pour retourner les articles, ils vous demandent une multitude de photos pour ensuite demander si vous ne pouvez pas les garder et les donner à quelqu'un en vous offrant 5€ en guise de compensation. Vous leur dites que la seule chose que vous voulez c'est faire un retour et le remboursement qui va avec et la plus personne, ils font les morts... NE COMMANDEZ SURTOUT PAS CHEZ EUX.

If i could add 0 stars that would have been the case! I payed 50€ and what i received is for the trash!! Its the cheapest see-through plastic fabric. The size all wrong and the bluriest print ever! I wm surprised they even bothered to print at all!!

PEOPLE THIS IS SCAM, LOOK AT HOW ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS WRITE "PURPLE FLORAL". be safe. I was lucky enough to notice it before purchasing a hoodie from arcane collection.

If I could leave no stars I would. They charged me without ever giving me an order confirmation and when I reached out to customer support all I got was automated responses asking for the order number or an invoice number that I repeatedly told them I didn’t have. I showed them where I was charged the exact amount for the item in my bank statements and where on their website they kept saying I had insufficient funds (I moved money into this account specifically for this item, so I know I had the money)
The refused to help and I never once even got a real person. Absolute fraud of a company - not to mention I found the exact sweatshirt on another website not even 3 hours after it all tried to happen.

Absolutely loved the vibrant floral design and comfortable wear. Packaging was simple yet effective. Priced fairly for quality, though a bit more breathability in fabric would enhance the experience.
