Spedito e consegnato molto velocemente. Il prodotto sembra essere buono, istruzioni in italiano, semplice nell'utilizzo, ovviamente bisognerebbe provarlo per dire se va... Ma meglio che non accada!

Late Delivery

Late Delivery.
Product was ordered on Saturday and was only delivered on Thursday although supplier and courier notification stated that it would be delivered on Tuesday. I Travelled overseas on Wednesday so missed delivery and goods that I needed for trip. Neighbour received goods so I cannot comment or rate the product. I have been advised by the supplied that the courier company was on strike hence the delay in receiving the goods.

Hi, we are very sorry this happened. We always try to ship within the shipping terms described on our website. We rely on reliable shippers such as Bartolini, but unfortunately as you can see, from the tracking of your order, the goods were shipped the next day of your order, and you can note that ,in the next step, there was a strike in the Bartolini office in your locality that slowed down the shipment and in this case, the punctuality of the delivery. We, however, apologize for the inconvenience and will try to improve the deliveries that to date are always very exact, removing, as in this case, any problems of the shippers in which we can not act directly. Hoping for understanding, although we understand your discomfort, we wish you a good day. We remind you that our assistance is always at your disposal.
