I ordered a product from LaBJack and it was delivered super fast to Sri Lanka. We got the product from DHL. It was perfectly packed. Now my students are working on their research projects happly.

I've used T4s, T7s, and T8s for data acquisition projects. The company's technical help is super knowledgeable, and the company has actually been willing to make firmware updates that have expanded the capabilities of their T8s to meet our needs.

LabJack has excellent customer support & service. The people are always knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Their products are reliable, and of the thousands of devices ordered, the few devices I have had to get support with they have been quick to solve the issue or replace the device if necessary.

The response time from the support team is very slow. It takes about 2 days to get a response via email.

Labjack - great products, great product information and I hope great support (but I have yet to put it to the test which I guess is a good thing). Only thing that I would have changed in the buying process was a heads-up on the import duties, as the use I am making of the equipment (wastewater plant management) is actually import duty exempt - providing you make the import declaration correctly when you send it - meaning I could have avoided a $350 AUD import duty charge.
