Ordering website captured incorrect name/address and my credit card. Processed before I could review order. Phone number is not connected. Emails were answered with various replies. One that address is corrected (sent immediately after order was wrong), then saying I could not cancel as it had been shipped. Then more emails says it was being sent to original wrong address. Shipping takes up to 21 business days and these are not authentic.

I received my box today. All six of the. Labubus were fake. They promised six different colors. I I got six of them but only three different colors. The paint doesn’t match the indentations on the teeth. The mouth is misaligned. These are so obviously fake. They claimed they were originals.

SHOCKING COMPANY - DO NOT USE!
Purchased a birthday present for my niece only for a piece of tatty fabric to turn up and they have ignored any correspondence to try and correct. They have basically falsely sold products. Total rip off!!

Total SCAM order on 17th June 2025 still have not received, numerous emails saying problem with tracking system working on fixing it bull they are just total thieves STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered two doll and both arrived in original packaging.

To be fair to this company, even though it took a long time to receive my order they were very responsive to queries and kept me updated. I have received my order. I'm presuming that they're fake, but they're cute, poseable and who cares? I received what I ordered, despite thinking I'd made a HUGE mistake a few days after ordering! Seriously, this fad is crazy, these cant be that different from the 'real' ones, and at least you can buy them at a decent price, instead if not being able to buy one at all for £100+. Basically, they look just like pictures of the unobtainable genuine ones, the company are very responsive to queries, and you do eventually receive what you ordered. I mean, honestly guys, how can you justify £100+ for a plush doll with a vinyl face? This company are doing us a favour by providing perfectly decent plastic faced dolls for a fraction of the price. Good for them I reckon!
I would have left 5 stars, but having read other reviews I wonder whether I was just a lucky customer, due to being very polite and non accusatory to customer service? Was good for me, but maybe best avoid.

Absolutely scam and fake labubus. I cannot believe I spent so much money and waited for so long just for these craps.

Avoid this company! I wish I had read these reviews before we ordered. We ordered 4 labubu’s for my daughter for Christmas presents. They arrived in a Jiffy bag, completely destroyed!! All the boxes are knackered and squashed, and when I emailed the company, they said thanks for letting us know, due to them being transported on a plane they package may arrive like this! I emailed them back to say they are a clearly a scam company! AVOID AVOID Avoid!!

I ordered 3 plucky beanie bubble up. Took about two weeks to received my package but they were the wrong items! £55 down the drain. Now I’m stuck with 3 Hacipupu, which has ugly and horrible and I don’t understand why it’s even a product. Wtf

They were named bubulands , and have scammed many other people including myself.

They are thieves!! They tell you lies! They sent an email saying there was a delay when I wrote back there was NO response! Today I sent an email and it was sent back undelivered. I have waited 30 days and No Labubus. False tracking information.

Another update as of 8/22/25. Labu boxes manages to cover their tracks and have all the needed info to look legit so my darn bank reversed my credit. Pretty sad. They scam people and send fake items then get away with it too. So beyond disappointed. Thank God I did not spend more and people keep.reporting them. Shame.on them and their shady and lying practices.

*** I do feel the need to edit as my "lafufu" did arrive today. My younger son generously gave it to my older son who didn't care if it was fake. While I do have to admit it was so much better than I expected for a fake, the company
still is claiming they are selling authentic labubus when they are in fact
not, which is evident by the box alone. That being said, much better quality for
a fake than expected although the box
was all bent and squished. I did still get
refunded from my bank. It took about 3 weeks to arrive. It does look real overall but is def not and you can tell by the nose and feet too. So they just lie and if you look on their site now..shocker...everything is out of stock.

I want to be wrong but after reading all of the complaints, I strongly feel this is a scam company as well. I was emailed back that they found my order and are working to get them out as soon as possible ( it says it shipped and I just ordered it Wednesday). They claim they work directly with Popmart and have the distribution license. Doubtful! I know now that even also QR codes are being used. It's a mess all around with these fakes. And they put the Popmart name and tag on them too. Some are hard to tell some are just awful. Curious what I'll get. Not hopeful.

Absolutely awful experience. I never received my order, nor any proof that it was shipped, nor a refund.

This is the same as Bubulands. They respond and put in their signatures Bubulands and Labu boxes.

I placed my order on July 5, 2025, and was given a nonexistent tracking number. When I followed up, they claimed they were “working to resolve the tracking issue,” then stopped responding to emails. When they finally replied, they said they couldn’t issue a refund unless they received the unopened order back — which I never received in the first place. Then they sent the same non recognizable tracking number again.

I am now filing a formal complaint with the appropriate consumer protection authorities.

Avoid this seller at all costs. Completely untrustworthy.

Expensive Fakes.

These are NOT genuine Labubu toys even though they make out they are on their website.

I wouldn’t have minded so much if they were honest and priced them accordingly.

Ordered it on 30th of June, still waiting for it while my daughter asking me every day. Very negative experience. Never again!!!!

Ordered three and received three but no way are they original. Cheaply made very bad copys. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

If I couldn’t give a star I wouldn’t defo not touch this company found out a lot since ordered had to go to bank.
They give tracking numbers what do not work then blame the tracking company website has a bug so can’t track anything.
Had email again saying they send a new one out if I reverse the charge back which I emailed and advised once I receive it would as I believe this company is a con artist.
Read a comment on here earlier today for which one person had said they finally got it I wonder if that is a plant to get a good review.

Ordered over a month ago. Tracking didn’t work. Emailed several times. Told it was coming. Eventually asked for a refund and they stopped responding. £65 down the drain. Scammers.
