Right from the moment I first met with Paul at Leicester Air Conditioning Services, I could tell that he was who I wanted doing our air conditioning installation. He was diligent in discovering our needs, honest about expectations, brands to choose, and went through all the options with us, and allowed us to entertain options even though they weren't his top recommendation. What sealed the deal was the fact that he gave us the best price of all those we looked at.

When it came to the installation, Paul was an absolute perfectionist, and well as being highly professional. The quality is superb. He used the best methods and materials possible to create the neatest runs inside and outside the house, and regularly went above and beyond to get things just right e.g. adjusting the angle of a conduit run to match a wonky window so that it looked right, even though it meant redoing his work - and I didn't even have to ask him to do it.

LACS left things tidy every day, cleaned up after themselves, and made good exterior brick work that had been slightly damaged by the work.

I couldn't be happier with the installation LACS have done for us, and for the way they conducted themselves during the installation and worked in our best interests to get the best result from the whole system.

Post-installation support has been great - he is still responsive to messages and is willing to research things and ask for manufacture support where needed.

I'm now looking forward to the next heatwave!

Leicester air conditioning services ltd did a fantastic job installing my mums new air conditioning unit and at short notice too! The service was second to none extremely efficient, professional, friendly and knowledgeable, I would absolutely recommend this company 100 percent and mum is thrilled to bits with her new air conditioning unit

Initial Contact:
First off, once I had decided to go with air con for our home, I went shopping around for quotes. I got the standard vague quotes from some and the "we'll (not) get back to you" from others. Not to mention the "we are going to have for every penny off you" quotes. Enter Paul and his team. He immediately booked a visit and carried out a detailed calculation of what was required for our needs, explained the pitfalls of getting a system that's too powerful or too weak (in short, unnecessary wear) and ensured that it was the right choice considering our budget. There was no pressure sales tactics, or overselling of unwanted equipment, just a passion to deliver the best to the customer and get the job done to the highest standard.

The System:
Fantastic! The system selected for our needs met our budget and all other expectations. We went for the Fujitsu brand with units of varying power levels (room size dependent). Deathly quiet most of the time, but as expected, there is some low level noise when operating at higher levels, a bit like a Dyson fan to be honest. The outside units are also very quiet and we barely notice them. I expect in winter it will be a bit louder, but I generally don't sit outside in the winter next to a fan, so I am fine with that.

The Team:
Totally professional, the team always arrived promptly and would always let me know well in advance the dates and times they would be there. Working closely with an excellent electrician, Paul and his team coordinated all those additional works, meaning I was not playing middleman with third parties. The peace of mind this gives cannot be overstated.

The Work:
Second to none! Because our house is a bit of an odd layout, Paul had to take additional time to work out the best plan for the pipework. He did this in a practical way, managing to ensure that there is no pipework visible indoors. Of course this may not always be the case due to home layouts. The fixtures outdoors are very sturdy and certainly look like they will stand the test of time. The work they do is very tidy and they do a great job of tidying up after.

In Summary:
A great job delivered by a 1st class team. If you are moving away from gas or just think about getting air con, these are the guys you want to do the job!

Leicester Air conditioning Services have been brilliant from start to finish. Reliable, friendly and great workmanship, Paul and his colleague have done a great job.

When needing advice on obtaining and fitting an air conditioning unit for the children’s new detached playroom a professional friend suggested contacting Paul at Leicester Air Conditioning Services (LACS). Paul called in and measured up the space and advised us of a suitable cooling, and heating, system with an all-in supply and fixed price.

Once agreed, without any ‘high pressure’ salesmanship, the delivery and fix date was agreed with a mutual time. The two-man team arrived on time, and had all the necessary pipework etc to hand, for a completed job and testing demonstration before they left. All packaging and bits and pieces cleared away without any sign of their visit.
After a year of regular use, both cooling and heating, the system was fully tested, serviced, and reported upon. Now a second year has passed without any concerns, and frequent use by all the family and a second anniversary service is almost due. A helpful reminder comes to arrange a convenient time and knowing the agreed modest service charge.
We have reliable unit, by a well-known manufacturer, fitted and serviced by a professional firm who we can readily recommend.

I can’t recommend Paul and the Team highly enough….. it seems rare these days to come across a company who genuinely care and have passion for the products and services they offer. From early discussions regarding specification right through to installation and commissioning Paul set a high standard. Great advice on products, features, ratings etc. Then when on site Paul was professional, respectful, and impeccably tidy - if your looking for domestic or commercial products there is only one place to go!
