Excellent service from start to finish! Rebecca was extremely helpful, arranging for the work to be done quickly due to a leaking radiator valve. The engineer, Baz, turned up on time, was very friendly and helpful and did a great job. Would highly recommend!

Mike came out and gave advice and options. Quotation provided and then work completed within a week of agreeing. Service was fast, reliable and would highly recommend. Josh arrived as agreed (7.55am) and installed the boiler and shower with no issues and was very polite and helpful and considerate to the interior.
Would highly recommend Laceys and will definitely be my go to Company in future.

Laceys came recommended to me when my boiler broke and they were excellent. They came to quote and then fitted the new boiler within the week so I wasn't without hot water. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them in future. Its always nice to use a local company that really cares about their company and customers.

They are good value for money allowing to use a monthly boiler service plan which helps spread the annual service.

Brilliant work from Laceys as usual. They installed a new boiler for us a couple of years ago and have serviced it since then. Boiler service. Boiler was installed about 7 years ago by Laceys. Service plan means it’s serviced every 12 months. Dan turned up within the time slot promised, polite, knowledgeable, explained what he’d done and why, couldn’t fault anything. I’ll never use anyone else. Brilliant company.
