New boiler installed professionally with very little disruption. The engineer (Danny)was friendly and polite. Communication with the office was also excellent and the website/emails very easy to understand and follow. Just need to arrange the service now.

Danny arrived again and gave my boiler its annual service. No problems during service and now good for another year.

I needed to have an old boiler removed due to corrosion, and a replacement installed. Laceys had an initial consultation to check the issue, and I then had the work carried out by Baz, who was extremely professional - he was hardworking, removed the leftover rubbish, and did a very good job of installing the new boiler. I now have plenty of hot water, so am very happy! Needless to say, I strongly recommend them, and would be happy to use their services again.

Most firms I contacted about repairing an old shower control just said it couldn't be done and that I needed a complete replacement.

Lacey's offered to come to look at it, and after we identified the manufacturer they ordered the part. It took them 5 minutes to fit it.

Cheaper for me, better for the planet.

Extremely pleased with the service provided by Lacey’s.

We had multiple jobs done by them including replacing an existing gravity fed heating system with a new combi boiler, fitting of a Google Nest system, fitting an outside tap, a new shower, carbon monoxide alarm and removal of existing bidet.

Every job has been carried out with a great deal of care and professionals by Mike, Baz and the team.

Lacey’s also have a friendly admin team who have also been on hand throughout the process to answer any questions and nothing has been too much trouble for them.

Honestly can’t fault anything they’ve done for us and would have them around again in a heartbeat to do other jobs.

Danny arrived promptly at 8am to service our boiler. Over the years we’ve got to know Danny, he is professional and polite, he explained what had been done during the service. It is always a pleasure to deal with Lacey’s.

Booked our annual boiler service and all went very smoothly. The engineers turned up on time and was pleasant and efficient, keeping me informed as to what he was doing. All done for another year!

Had a radiator replaced with a larger one by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. They are 100% professional, keep you updated on the work and left the area clean and tidy.
