I thought I was the only one. Ordered a month ago. Never received the items and when I contacted them, they said they are out of stock and will be shipped once restocked. This was without any correspondences that are out of stock or anything. And now they are refusing to refund

Same as other reviewers, placed an order, received an email confirmation number, never received item, left email and IM, no response. Contacted bank for fraud alert. I usually check here before making a purchase, my fault I didn't in this case! Don't buy anything from here.

Don't even deserve 1 star. Waited 2 months for items i never received and now they are avoiding a refund using their return policy as justification for not returning my money.

THEY ARE THEIVES DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME MONEY OR EFFORTS.

Don't bother buying if you are getting a kangaroo shirt if you have already had your baby.
I ordered this a week after mine was born 7th of march and I still haven't received it yet. Looked at tracking and it seems like it's on a truck travelling across the whole of china to a port where it will then be transfered to a shipping container.

If I could give no stars I'd give no stars. My mother ordered a kangaroo shirt for my husband over a month ago. We received the tracking information but there is no update on the tracking. Track17 shows its from China but has not shown any updates or movement. We reached out to the company, received no response but they have the audacity to email us and ask how we are enjoying the product we never received. We keep trying to reach out and its impossible to reach them. I have left comments on their advertisements that keep getting removed. This is 100% a scam company taking advantage of expecting families. Disgusting.

DO NOT ORDER. Ordered nearly a month ago, with ZERO tracking updates. Tried to call the number listed under “Contact Us” - (716) 202-8717 - and it says the Google subscriber is unavailable. AFTER purchasing, I went back and read all of their reviews and a lot of people said it was a scam and fake unfortunately. Extremely disappointed. But save yourself the time and money and don’t order from Lachona!!!

TERRIBLE NO REFUND POLICY DELIVER LATE AND QUALITY AND SIZE ARE VERY CHEAP

I ordered a shirt for my SIL that holds the baby. He was honest and told me he didn’t like it and wouldn’t wear it. They wouldn’t return the item because “the reason provided for the return is not eligible for a refund under our current policy.” They have NO RETURN POLICY. Rip-off and no customer service. Do not buy from them.

I ordered a slushi Maker and stated it’s on its way, but never received a tracking number at all , I’ve sent them numerous emails, but haven’t received no response about my purchase, be aware as very poor customer service, does anyone no if this site is a scam or not .

They fob you off saying the goods must arrive before you can request refund - IT TOOK 3 WEEKS FOR GOODS TO ARRIVE

when it arrived I asked for refund - THEY SAID I HAD TO RETURN IT WITH IN 14DAYS OF ORDER SO NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

I said well only just received it - THEY SAID 3 DAYS HAVE PASSED SO NOW NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS AN ANSWER FOR EVERYTHING.

Taken it up with card company who are drawing up a dispute and I’ve sent all their email responses to prove they are claiming refunds are available but proving they won’t

I recently purchased a Kangaroo t shirt for my son to carry his child around in.
I will not be giving it to him as it is poor quality. Doesn’t look anything like on the advert. I feel it is dangerous and concerned a small baby could slip out.
I wrote for a refund but they have refused saying they do not accept buyer's remorse!!

I bought a t shirt which arrived as promised. The quality was very good but it was the wrong size so I gave it to a friend and ordered a new one. This one has never arrived despite Amazon Shipping tracking saying it was delivered. Lachona kept quoting my tracking information and is now refusing to help locate it. They have stopped replying altogether. Completely inconsistent and very frustrating.

DO NOT BUY THESE SHIRTS! The fabric tore after 2 weeks of use. And the Customer service is useless. Do not put your precious cargo in these garbage products.

My order was not delivered, despite Lacona twice confirming delivery. After weeks of follow up, I was told today they couldn't locate my order, can't help me and I will have to follow up a refund with my bank. Very unsatisfactory, slow and unhelpful customer service. Will NEVER use this company again!

Delivery took a long time. When the merchandise finally arrived I no longer needed it and I cannot return. Do not shop with them.

SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE!! Super disappointed in lame fake companies like this one that prey on excited new parents. My husband was so looking forward to using the kangaroo shirt with our newborn. After weeks and weeks of no response after receiving a confirmation email and shipping, he reached out and was ghosted. It also fell out of the “two week return policy” so now wasn’t even eligible to cancel the order for a refund. He then disputed the charges with our bank and the company contacted the bank stating is was delivered so they revoked his charge back. Their “customer service” won’t email you back but will make sure they get to keep their money. Awful awful company do not buy anything!! -1000 stars YOU GUYS SUCK

Worst customer service ever. I have tried to get in touch because the shipping address is incorrect and they have taken more than 2 weeks to reply. They provide a generic response but then never follow up. I've been chasing them everyday with no responses. Its horrible.

Sent wrong items and has never responded to my many requests for correction. Very disappointing-

If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered a shirt a month ago (April 20) and as of today (May 24), I still have not received it. Do not buy anything from this site…. Its a scam!

If I could give a 0 I would did not get my order paid for shipping insurance and they took over $80 and did not resend. So do not buy from them. They’re a scam.
