Ladder helps people apply for life insurance online through a fully digital application experience. We offer coverage amounts up to $8 million, including no-medical exam options for eligible applicants seeking up to $3 million in coverage. We work with trusted insurance providers with decades of experience serving customers and paying claims.

Our application process is simple and straightforward. Answer a few questions about your health and lifestyle through our online application, and most applicants receive a decision as soon as their online application is submitted. For those who don’t, underwriting through Ladder or one of our partners typically takes under two weeks.

Life changes over time, and your coverage can too. Depending on your policy, you may be able to reduce your coverage amount — and your monthly premium — as your needs change. You can also apply for additional coverage directly through your Ladder account. (We call this “Laddering”!)

Absolutely horrible and way overpriced

Absolutely horrible and way overpriced. He literally claim that I had skin cancer, and my doctor made it clear I did not. Horrible company. I did not get declined. I just got so fed up that I stopped moving forward.

Maybe too easy!

The web interface is clear and smooth, and easy to use. As I was purchasing life insurance, I can't speak to the quality of the product yet, but the dashboard seems inclusive and straightforward.

Don’t use this company. No customer service

They would not render me life insurance although I have a steady income with two young daughters ages 4 and 7 both with special needs. I was recasted. No explanation.
