Fantastic customer service from Lafeyette. I ordered and purchased Graduation photos for adult son as gift. Without exeption : the experience was excellent from booking, experience and fulfillment. Particullarly impressed ability to phone directly and greeted with genuine friendly staff like Doose and Abigal. Reason for calls were purely of my own making (mistakes) but were resolved by genuine, down to earth, decent people without delay, debate and with fantastic courtesy and great sense of humour. This nailed my rating for this company and only submitting as I was impressed. Thank again to both Abigal and Doose in Lafeyette who spoke with me by phone and solved my various challenges.
