Id love to give them a big fat zero. Bag preordered in August 25 and here we are mid April 26. No bag. Yep, customer service is on it but with lie after lie and continued fake shipping information. I think after all this time they would just refund me! Why would you continuously send me falsified information? I can definitely say this company are theives and I have communicated with quite a few others whose money they have stolen. Over 20 emails from them full of lies. Just want my money back. Im not rich. Unbelievable.

I ordered the product last fall and I never received the product. The company was not helpful. And now it looks like I will not get the product or a refund. I will need to call my credit card company to work on this issue.
The company has amazing marketing-I have been bombarded by emails and ads but no product.....

I purchased the trolala bag, the bobobark and a few accessories that I had been eyeing. Turns out I received a trolala as a surprise gift. So, I returned all unused items one week after delivery, well within the 30 day “no questions asked” return period. I have email confirmation and tracking information that they received my items. I reached out to customer service regarding the processing of my return on three different occasions, eventually being told that they will expedite my return. It still has not been processed. It’s been almost 6 weeks and I am still waiting. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing situation. I had actually planned on purchasing other items from the company but am now hesitant to do so.

The warranty claim sounds good. Turns out it is too good to be true. Awful ethics and a basic service issue that turned into a war of attrition with (purposefully?) poor customer service agents. I still await the return of my $100.
When I contacted them 18m ago regarding an issue, I provided the required documentation and they confirmed the bag could not be repaired but offered a $100 voucher against a new order. The colour I wanted was not in stock so I let them know and was told to keep an eye on emails/website.
Fast forward to January 2026. The colour was back in stock. I reconnected, waiting to be told what to do to receive my voucher. Numerous circling conversations with a chat assistant (bot?) asking me to resubmit the bag again for assessment and complete a warranty claim. No ability or willingness for them to scan the email chain and chat history to understand this had already been done and all I needed was the address to return the bag and the promised voucher provided.
In the weeks that these conversations circled a sale came on. As well as taking advantage of a cheaper price for a second bag I shouldn’t have needed to purchase, I also realised the bag could go back out of stock again. I flagged to the chat I needed the voucher code before the sale closed on Sunday. I was told someone would contact me on the Friday. They did not.
I bought the bag, reconnected with the chat to explain the lack of response meant I had to purchase and would just need the voucher value refunded. This is where poor customer service became opportunistic. They refused to make a common sense link between the two transactions and even lied to my credit card company to say “that offer was specific to the condition, timing and context of that case and no longer valid today”. This, despite the entire chat acknowledging that one broken bag was requiring the purchase of a new one.
I should also note the new bag is clearly a poorer quality (hardware in particular) than the original kickstarter funded bag - it may be that scale has compromised quality as well as ethics.
I can see from replies here they try and direct you back into the customer service loop to resolve as they ‘cannot find your order details’. I value my time so to shutdown this suggestion before it is made I note this is regarding orders 16114778 and 140114.

This company sold me a jewelry box. Yet when I got the jewelry box it was only 2 inserts. Called and emailed and was told sorry for the confusion. Had to threaten legal action just to get them to let me return the item and 30 days later after receiving the item back they still have not refunded my money back plus my shipping cost to date 3-25-26.

The bags were great to start with. I bought several of them when they were a startup. They promised lifetime repairs for free which is partly why I bought so many. Wonderful and attentive customer service.
Then one bag broke. I have now been ONE YEAR emailing with them back and forth. The lifetime guarantee is no longer valid, they claim. Nor do they want to send me a repair kit - they want to charge me for it! One year, and I am stuck with a broken bag. This is crazy!

I have been attempting to return a defective bag for over 3 months. I never get the same person helping me via email and I have followed their procedures to fill out the return form. This is frustrating to say the least.

Overpriced and Poor Quality
I was so disappointed in the size of this bag and the quality. I literally had to rip the backpack out of the dust bag because it was glued together. Glue everywhere. How is a $300 bag covered in glue?
The size is ridiculous. I purchased this to be my “professional” work bag. My laptop barely fits and there is zero room for extras.

Horrible customer service and no process to make an exchange, as other customers here have said. I requested an exchange on February 22. I have since had EIGHT e-mail messages back and forth with AI robots (it says so under their messages) asking me four times to use the form on the site which I told them was not working.
On March 1, Laflore wrote me and said "If the site still shows your bobobark as “Not eligible,” don’t worry, just reply to this email once you’ve submitted the form (or if it prevents you from submitting), and I will personally make sure a return label is created for you so you can send the bag back. Once we receive it, we can issue a store credit or help you select a replacement bag."
Then on March 10, AI wrote me and said I could not exchange the bag. Then five minutes later a different AI robot "Julie" wrote me and said I could exchange the bag but she did not give me a way to do so. This is not the kind of customer service I expect from a site that charges $300 for a bag, advertises "lifetime support and trade-in value," and claims on their website "Reach out anytime. We’re real people—and we’re here to make things right."
It's been three weeks trying to make a simple exchange, which they have no process for. I do not feel I received what was advertised and promised on the website and in customer service emails. I strongly support vegan companies and was ready to be a lifetime customer. After my first experience with Laflore, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Go with a more reputable vegan brand with competent and human customer service that does what it says it will do on its site.

Updated 3/22: Laflore Paris has still not contacted me despite what they promised again. It has been five weeks and ten e-mails trying to make a simple exchange for store credit. See direct copy of Laflore's e-mail above telling me three times they would send me a shipping label.
Updated 4/6: Laflore sent me a return label for the exchange on March 31st (they had told me they would sent a return label on March 1st). I will update this review once the exchange transaction is completed.

I love the color, material and style of the bag. I’ve received tons of compliments and so far it is very durable. I love that you can change the straps and style around and the color of the clasps. The only reason I did not give it five starts is that it fits only a 15 inch laptop, a mouse and maybe a notebook. I have virtually no room for even my phone with case and definitely no room to put a small crossbody bag in there. It would be nice if it were a bit wider or deeper of the fabric would stretch to accommodate a little bit more room.

Customer service could be more invested in being helpful and friendly. I felt very “ passed up” for a true concern. These bags are not exactly inexpensive. Spending that much money, i have other choices that are also cute. Advertising makes LaFlore sound special and unique.. but customer service in my experience has not made me feel valued one bit. This goes both ways. There were months between purchase & delivery.

I was so very excited to get my purse from y’all. However, it’s much smaller than I thought it was gonna be, which would be fine if I could open it. It doesn’t open very far and it would be very hard to get things in and out.the outside is very different as well I’m not so sure about the cork but it in spots it looks like it’s kind of dirty or something, but I still like it and I still someday would hopefully get a bigger one. I’m gonna see if I can find someone else who might want this one.

Bag is very pretty but extremely stiff and probably will ot soften with age -- hard to reach into and with a narrow opening that scrapes my hands. I thought it would be large enough to hold a small paperback book but it is more like a larger evening purse with only space for a narrow wallet, my phone, maybe (maybe?) a pair of glasses. If the opening were one inch wider it would be much more practical as a day bag.
