Dear Lashonda,
I see in the system that your order was delivered by DHL on May 2nd. If there is some mistake and you have not received your order, you need to contact DHL as soon as possible. Tracking number and package status updates have been sent to your email and via SMS (if you accepted)

Dear customer, as we emailed you last week, your order is listed as delivered on March 25th. If there is mistake and you have not received your order, you need to contact DHL to clarify the situation, but you still have not done so. We sent the request to DHL, but we need additional information from you that you have not yet provided. Without this information, we cannot find out. We repeat that your case is within the competence of the DHL courier service and you should contact them in any convenient way to solve your problem. Our company is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered (written in our policy). These problems you should solve directly with the courier service.

Our refund policy clearly states that in case you receive a damaged item, we can only resend the item. Placing an order means you agree to our terms and conditions.

We are very sorry for your unhappy purchase. Our QC department checks every item carefully before shipment. We believe that the quality of our products is consistent with the price and is at a high level, but nevertheless, it is still very difficult to please everyone. Our products match the description and images on our website. If you think that your order is somehow different from what is presented on our website, can you email us at support@lafraisefashion.com and attach pictures of the received item? In case that the product doesn’t match the information on our website, a refund is provided.

Your order is on the way. It should arrive in the coming days. You should have received an email notification containing the track number. We're sorry, but sometimes orders are delayed by customs, especially during high season. This is written in our shipping policy.

The data is not updated by us, but by the shipping company, so we cannot control this. I have verified the tracking number that was provided to you, it is valid, an update should be available soon.
