easy to set up, great support, flexible across LinkedIn and email

Easy to use, great to measure different market angles, and delivered results.

Outil que j'utilise depuis peu dans la nouvelle société où je travaille. J'étais au préalable sur Lemlist.
L'outil est facile, intuitif et les possibilités sont nombreuses. De plus, le CS est top !
Seul inconvénient qui m'empêche de mettre un 5/5 : les données qui remontent ne sont pas à 100% fiable, faut d'IA, antispam etc...
Autrement, je recommande.

J'utilise l'outil depuis trois ans en tant que consultant pour mes clients B2B. L'outil est complet, sécurisé et l'équipe est toujours à l'écoute pour aider. Je recommande si vous prospectez sur LinkedIn et par Email et que vous cherchez un outil qui peut faire les deux.

Great product. I have tested almost all LinkedIn outreach tools and I have always found LGM to be the best.

Support are brilliant and have never had an issue with the platform.

I paid for 20 identities on LGM and spent nearly 10k USD being locked into this software

The only positive thing that we found when using this product was the ability to have a single API to manage both inboxes for LinkedIn and email. Their tech support Loubna is really technical and empathetic. However, our experience was absolutely demolished by the amount of bugs, issues, and poor account management that we came across

This software is absolutely terrible for if you want to scale your outbound.

- webhooks not delivered or delivered 10x with delays
- limited to 5 inboxes per identity, can’t scale beyond that unless paying some crazy fees
- can’t disable open tracking
- EMAIL REPLIES ARE NOT SENT AS THREAD REPLIES
- nothing works when your LinkedIn identity outside of working hours … even email open triggers won’t arrive. How smart is that?
- Unknown and unexplained bugs leading to prospects not progressing through campaigns for weeks
- CANT DISCONNECT INBOXES
- Email sending limits somehow shared across all emails connected to the same identity. Can’t manage via API. WTF
- Editing campaign = silently dropping all your campaign progress
- LinkedIn replies silently dropped
- No sub campaigns
- No bounce stats available via API

Our account manager went on a half a year leave without a notice.

The amount of time we had to put into building workarounds for this software resulted in terrible net losses for using it.

Do not buy this software if you are serious about omni channel outreach.

C'est un outil que j'utilisais déjà dans mon entreprise, maintenant que je suis freelance je l'ai mis dans 3 de mes clients et c'est parfait. Le support est top également ! Ils ont fait des gros efforts sur l'UX qui avant était un peu trop dév

Super outil pour automatiser LK et l'emailing, équipe support réactive. Quelques bugs de temps en temps d'où la perte d'une étoile mais très simple d'utilisation dans l'ensemble

L'outil fonctionnait parfaitement il y a 5 mois.
Ensuite ils ont fait des mises a jours :
Depuis :
1. vos campagnes ont systematiquement un probleme et s'arrete sans prevenir.
Bien entendu quand celle ci s'arrete , vous n'avez aucune notification

Ensuite quand vous demandez un refund , il est refusé alors meme que cela fait 9 fois que mes campanges ce sont arretes en 3 mois !

Ils ont finit par reconnaitre un probleme ( soit disant corrigé puis a nouveaux encore un probleme)

s vous informent ensuite à chaque fois en expliquant que
« vous n’avez pas cliqué sur tel ou tel bouton » ou que « vos contacts n’étaient pas enrichis »,
alors que rien n’est automatique : il faut penser à cliquer partout, et dès que vous n’avez plus de crédits — parfois sans vous en rendre compte — la campagne s’arrête à nouveau.

Résultat : des problèmes en permanence.
L’abonnement ne suffit plus, il faut sans cesse acheter des crédits supplémentaires.

Très déçu.

We tested LaGrowthMachine for 2 months. A critical bug synced emails from one MS Office user into another user's inbox, exposing internal communication and damaging our email reputation.

Support was unhelpful. Instead of investigating, they demanded multiple videos to “prove” the issue and showed no urgency or ownership. We had to stop using the tool to prevent further harm.

Some features like ZeroInbox are useful, but not worth the risk. Other tools like Expandi or MeetAlfred are more reliable and more affordable. Worst customer experience we've had in years. Avoid.

We have been using the tool for now roughly half a year. While initially it looks fairly priced, the features basically everybody needs are mostly hidden in the Ultimate edition for 150€/user.

Experiences:
- intransparent pricing and basic features like customizing the messaging journey are in highly priced tiers
- E-Mailing very ineffective and bug prone (we received our own emails in spam folder)
- Poor customer service: When we raised the above point, we were not really tended to
- Sometimes tool is not reachable: The site just does not load

I set up a free trial with this company, which is very expensive compared to other providers.
