An Amazing Experience!
I took my sons Honda Grom for its first service at Aylesford Laguna, I’m a scooterist so riding his bike felt quite obscure but real fun! Anyway, the lads took the bike, keys and service book and I went for a wander around Aylesford. Within an hour I had an update via email, with a video on the process of the service and safety check.
The whole procedure that afternoon was completely refreshing, the lads were extremely informative, knowledgeable and came with great customer skills.
In todays world where absolutely nothing seems to have rhyme nor reason, my experience yesterday has left me with the sense of faith restored in humanity.
Well done chaps, yesterdays experience was a complete delight.
I am already looking forward to the 4000 mile service.

Even though they were shut today when I emailed to see if my parcel had been delivered, he got back to me promptly and even gave me his mobile so that he could meet me outside with it.

Having used Laguna before without issue I was confident that another order would be trouble free - how wrong I was.
I placed the order online as usual but a week later when I checked the web order system, my order was still listed as 'confirmed'. I then tried to phone them to ask about the delay but none of their departments answered their phone and everything went to voicemail, so I left messages each time which were not returned. I emailed via their online message box - no replies. Yesterday, after many frustrating attempts to contact them on the phone yet again, I finally got through to a HUMAN (whoopee!!) who promised to get someone to sort out the order and let me know - again nothing happened. More futile attempts to contact them by phone so I gave up and in my frustration sent an email to cancel the order and get a refund. As if by magic I got a call (two actually from different people) saying that my order was being shipped tomorrow and an email had been sent (which I found in my junk mail because of the obscure sender's name, 'Ecommerce')
Laguna, get your act together please - your phone lines and email systems clearly don't work. If you are short staffed, sort it out by employing more people. Please rename your ridiculous 'Ecommerce' email name to something meaningful (why not Laguna for heaven's sake?) so that spam filters don't block you.
When I spend several hundred pounds on an order with you I expect to be able to track it on your order system or have an email if there is a delay.
Will I use you again in the future? I seriously doubt it until you start operating in a more professional manner, and I will find another company who can at least answer a phone or return an email.
Very poor response for a KTM Main Dealer
My KTM developed a fault 3 days out of warranty. Despite my hesitation to take it to Laguna instead of the garage next door, I was persuaded that I would need the fault reset by a main dealer but that they would do the work half price. It is now 17 May and they have had my bike since 6 May waiting for a £14.99 part (allegedly - even Royal Mail aren't that bad). I have told them on my daily calls to them that I am starting my intensive bike course next week and how not having the bike to practice slow control (as my instructor has advised) is putting a pass in jeopardy. Could they get a part from another dealer? (initially said it's possible, then in the next breath said they've done that and the part is not available anywhere). Other issues - don't answer the phone/return calls or call back with updates (allegedly short staffed regularly). Although they're very pleasant over the phone, to be frank, I don't believe whatever they have to say. Just hope I pass my test so I can get shot of KTM and them!

Has anyone actually received a reply to online service quote portal ? I sent enquiry for my KTM recently and have received no reply or quote . Shame as I would have used Laguna but if they don't reply to enquiry , then i am going to assume they do not want my business and will go elsewhere .

I have been looking for a bike for a while now and i have been to various bike shops but never quite got the service that Laguna gave me I dealt with a guy called James Brown Absolutely a fantastic guy I dont like pushy sales people. I found James Brown very friendly and very helpful I got the right information I needed and I bought the right bike for me so thankyou James Brown and the team at Lagunas in Ashford I am one happy customer.

Part counter guy Steve called me today as they are having issue with the Carrier DHL (bad on you DHL) the carrier has not picked up for several days causing the delay in my order. but Steve has kept me informed all the time and took time out to give me a call. Having recently purchased a KTM for the first time in my life I had cause to return to Lagunas for some advice on a warranty issue.
Thank god I was lucky enough to be dealt with by Reese, superb, knowledgeable and couldn't be more helpful, a true asset to Laguna Motorcycles.

Con artists
Con artists. Quick enough to sell you something but they don’t want to know about it when it goes wrong! I was talked into buying a Bike Trac tracker with my KTM 390 Duke £379, unfortunately my back was stolen less than 2 months later. The thieves found my tracker within 10 mins of taking my bike. When the tracking unit was recovered 1 hour later by myself I found nothing but Velcro had been holding it on. If you are going to spend almost £400 on a tracker wouldn’t you like to know it took them longer to find it and for it to be secured with more than an inch of Velcro! When I called Laguna to make a complaint, they didn’t want to know and said that is how they are told to fit it from Bike trac and that’s how it is supplied to them. As if it would have cost them a lot to use a few cable ties of their own. I was never told this when purchasing it otherwise I would have gone with a cheaper tracker and secured it myself using metal cable ties in a harder to reach area. I will never use laguna again after the way they dealt with this. (No my insurance aren’t covering the tracker either) **update: my bike has not been found so I’m unsure how you can reply that it “aided in the recovery” of my bike. Also I was never told anything about it’s not guaranteed and was told from the start it’s well hidden and will be in a place they can’t reach when I asked where that was I was told my the salesman that nobody knows but the person fitting it and it varies from bike to bike to avoid people knowing where it will be. Lies to get me to purchase it so they can make their commission! **

Had my full motorcycle service carried out by mr D Patterson at Laguna motorcycles triumph Ashford I would like to thank him for the great job he carried out on my scrambler today very professional he took great care looking after my bike when servicing it and was presented back to me how I left it with him highly recommended chap will definitely be using them again great guys all round keep up the good work

Full marks to Laguna Ducati
Recently purchased a used Multistrada 950S. The whole experience was effortless. Andy and the team were great. From the speed they took my money :) to the process of inspection before collection. There was a scratch on a pannier so they discounted the bike the cost of a new one. They put new OEM tyres on the bike and also during inspection discovered an issue with the front discs and replaced them. To top it all when I collected the bike, it was 3/4 full. Very satisfied with the whole process.
UPDATE: I have since sold the MTS back to them and purchased a 950S Supersport as the MTS was not for me. One negative which is frustrating. The sales team just do not respond to email, it take 2 or 3 to get an answer. In the end I gave up and got the part that they promised to supply myself. This is an important side of the business and really should be better.

Abysmal service from probably the most miserable sales advisor I've ever met! Went to the clothing department to source an RST jacket. The male sales advisor was clueless, unhelpful and generally disinterested in selling anything. Went from there to J&S who were knowledgeable, helpful and despite not having what I wanted, ordered one and measured me for size. What a difference!

Slow service and zero follow up
I found the service very slow at the desk, several customers made to wait unnecessarily, one even leaving due to the long wait. I was given a time to return following a full service, then had to wait an extra hour and given a lame excuse. I had also purchased a top box lock, never received a call, or even offered the option to have it posted, I was happy to pay! The website also gives the option to sell your bike, I completed the field three times, not once did I receive a call. Sold it elsewhere now. It seems once you have made a purchase the after service becomes non-existent.

Placed an order for a front tyre and was given a date to fit it, turned up on the day and was told that tyre hadn’t turned up, had booked a day off work! No phone call to inform me, furious!, was told they would call me once they had sourced another tyre, no phone call so ordered one online instead. Had also ordered a jacket and asked if it had turned up( ordered the week before) was then told then it was out of stock and couldn’t tell me when it would be( a Triumph jacket) got home and ordered one on line direct and it was delivered the next day, not a great expierience on the whole.(Maidstone branch)

Safety check issue
Last week I popped over and saw a Triumph Sprint 1050 on the forecourt for sale. The bike is on their website and autotrader. This morning I called to arrange a test drive but was asked do I know what the weather was like as it was raining. I said I did but I wanted to take the ride in the afternoon. Having 20+ years riding/touring experience I was not daunted by the weather. I was then told the bike had not been through the workshops and it wasn’t declared safe to ride and ride come back later in the week.
Are you really selling bikes that have not been safety tested or is your salesman lying?

Great dealership with amazing customer service. Jim certainly goes the extra mile to help. I'm based 150+ miles away and as a distance buyer any request I made while looking to buy my triumph bonneville bobber black was sent through quickly and felt like nothing was too much trouble. I Highley recommend. I used laguna as they had the bike I wanted but I will stay because of the customer service.

I wanted to leave a quick review on these guys as I have viewed a bike with them recently and found them to be an absolute pleasure to deal with. I called up, the sales guy Mark was polite friendly and helpful with my questions on the bike. They took £100 to hold it for me and unfortunately when I went to see the bike it wasn't quite right for me. Mark gave me a few days to think about it, applied no pressure at all and when I decided it wasn't for me, he refunded me straight the way and wished me all the best in my bike search. It was the most pleasurable buying experience I have had with bike/car dealers - I just wished I could have repaid them by buying the bike!
