Three of the bottles I ordered were not included in the shipment. Customer service provided a refund, but one of the three was included in a package deal, which would cost more to replace individually than it initially cost. Customer service was spotty, replying to some of my messages and not others. My preference, and the obvious resolution, would have been to ship the missing bottles, but Laithwaite's customer service roundly - and somewhat rudely - dismissed this suggestion.

I have always received a great selection of wines whenever my case comes in. I like the extra cases they offer, especially when they showcase specific wines. I have never been disappointed with what I have received.

Like most of the wines, they come when I need or want them most times. I can send bottles back or let them know I do not like them and get refunded.

Lathwaires offers a broad selection of wines at a competitive price. Discounts are reasmdiky available and customer service is a plus. I certainly intend to order again

Easy ordering, quick delivery.

The wine is sensational…as was the purchase price. The only (unfortunately oft-repeated) glitch: since we travel a lot and deliveries require a signature, we asked for the wine to be delivered after a certain date. We were assured it would be. It was delivered a day early. Fortunately, we came home early, arriving just an hour before FEDEX. You (sometimes) make it too difficult to remain in the Club.
