Being told "It's still hot out
Being told "It's still hot out! Shipping for orders containing chocolates or Sherbet Mints may be delayed" with every item put in my cart when apparently that is not true as my order was processed and shipped within 24-48. And the fact it's Dec with temps of 30-40 degrees here in VA. I decided to ignore the prompt and place my order anyway and I'm glad I did or I would be wicked late in getting my gifts out to my clients.

I had been looking for chocolate…
I had been looking for chocolate covered peanuts with caramel and I found some but they were from a manufacturer with whom I was not familiar. Then I remembered Lammes Candies. I had an aunt that sent us the Pralines and the Divinity almost every year. I found that they make the Peanut Paws. They have the best candy, so I know these will be good. I trust Lammes from years of experience with their products.

Hi Yolanda! We are sorry for the disappointment. Although we did communicate by email and website banners that October 3-10 we would not be shipping, your frustration is completely understandable. Our offices were being relocated that week, so we can assure you that we are shipping again as normal.

$30 to ship & 5 days late
Paid $30 in just shipping after buying a $27 box of chocolates.. just to find out the chocolates weren't shipped until 6 days AFTER the order was placed.
Asked for a refund and got absolutely no response. Very disappointing.

Had a bad experience with preorder
Had a bad experience with preorder. I am long time customer and preorder every time! Highlighted issue to management and they did mot seem to appreciate this long term customer! So as much as I love the candy will no longer be a good vistas in the past! Very disappointed in the customer service.

We regret that you forgot to pick up your pre-order. Multiple attempts were made to remind you of the pick up deadline (via email reminder & a phone call). Because our chocolate covered strawberries are perishable, made-to-order confections, we must consistently stand by our pre-order policy (which is stated online, and in your pickup reminder). Unless an emergency occurs, refunds are not offered for orders not picked up. Our policy is consistent with others in the food business.
We do apologize for the disappointment and appreciate your understanding.
