Lance Mason couldn't have done a better job. Kept me upto date all the way. Recently needed some advice and even though it didnt result in a claim second time round they helped me in every way. Definitely no scam artists! Highly recommended

I would not entertain this company me and my partner put in a claim and they ended up saying that we would not win the case they have now billed my ex partner for 3500 when they refused to take the case further even though I had the evidence to prove the man hit me up the backside absolute jokes this is and I’m coming for you why charge him and not me then still waiting for a call back from these shower of well you know what I mean to explain what the hell is going on here so do yourself a favour these are scam artists at there very best 😡😡 no win no fee jokers tomorrow I’m getting hold of your ombudsman, trading standards and watch dog scam artist like I said at there very best here there are plenty of no win no fee so I suggest you look somewhere else as this company has had high court bailiffs on my ex partners case this is a man that has put me in hospital time and time again and is low threatening me over all this so thanks lance mason still awaiting my call back jokers I’ve just rang you and no one available to speak me jokers

Lance Mason - I am not sure if you have a team dedicated to writing fake positive reviews but you know me.

I am the guy whose case you kep from January 2015 on your books, and in 2017 you missed a court deadline and then didn’t even understand the area of law and how to deal with it.

I challenged you and won. Now do the honourable thing and settle the remaining part of what you agreed to in July.

I know not fulfilling promises, not understanding basic areas of law is the norm but I think it’s in your interest to settle the cost of my legal fees.

Until you do I will keep reminding you on here!

Got a letter through post saying I have 7 days to pay 3.500 pounds or there will be Bayliffs at the door so offered them
A pay plan and they won’t accept they also won’t my accounts and my financial situation and copy’s of bills etc who do they think they are salim Adam cheeky you

It appears these people are behind an Indian call centre that ring me 4 times a day to tell me I had an accident within the last 2 years. Totally sick of these spam calls. Told the last caller that I had died in the accident and he went straight back to his script. I asked another caller the name of his solicitor that he was working for and he gave me Lance Mason's details. This harassment should be made illegal.

John Konczak was working on my RTA personal injury claim; he was diligent, thorough and kept me updated with the progress/future steps at all times, managing my expectations. When I had any queries or concerns, he was only an e-mail/call away. He took everything I said very seriously and was quick to respond. He knows his field well and I am very happy with the outcome. Recommend to all, would happily use John again.

the case was successful :-) 7 months the claim took, which is absolutely brilliant as i thought it would take much longer. just waiting for my funds to arrive but overall the process was quick.
i like to thank farhan khan who took over my case, he kept me updated whenever there was any news on my case, by email or phone. there is literally no faults, as over the 7 months i knew every step of the way how my claim was, which was great. i would definitely recommend lance mason 100%, especially farhan khan, he did an amazing job working on my claim, couldent be happier!!
