Very weak lawyers,adviset and contacted any client

Lance Mason have been excellent and very thorough regarding my case, they have kept in regular contact to update me of any progress. I have spoken to a few of the solicitors working on my case and Ridwan Khonat was absolutely brilliant and got my claim settled asap. Highly recommended.

Lance Manson have been absolutely amazing with dealing with my case, I was always informed and updated with my case Ridwan who was dealing with my case worked really hard to fight my case he was absolutely amazing was there to support me during court I could not of asked for a better company a big big thank you to Ridwan.

My experience of working with Lance Mason (particularly Helen and Lizzie) was very positive. They were continuously professional and approachable throughout; although we (sadly) didn't win in court, this didn't tarnish my opinion of the firm.

I had horrific car accident, they told me this was no win no fee arrangement with them.

Initially had a awful claims handler who was difficult to communicate and deal with. he used all the legal jargon and lost me completely at times. Then was generally not a nice person to have to communicate with.
since then Rachel and John Konczak have been dealing with my case and what a difference. much better understanding of what happening and they were clear and patient with me. just goes to show that its the PEOPLE in your organization that make the difference between a good reputation and a bad one. Thanks John/Rachel i much appreciate your help.
