Absolutely ridiculous costumer service!!!
I ordered a perfume gift set for my mother in law (it’s her favourite perfume)and after a couple of days it was cancelled without any explanation,then I ordered a second time the same gift set and the same thing happened,my order was cancelled (the item what I was ordering was in stock) as the result,now I’m getting late with my present for my mother in law birthday!!!

I have placed an order a week an a half ago and still have not received. Requested a refund 3 times with customer service and my emails are ignored. This was a birthday present and thought buying from the Manufacturers was a good idea. Wrong I was. Zero customer service. I will have to open a case with consumer rights. DO NOT BUY FROM YHEM DIRECTLY, BE AWARE
