Complete scam, They advertising so WhatsApp and messenger integrations however this is not existent. Meta does not recognise at all landio, and they made up some bs to explain their company does not use App id but API key, which is not correct as it doesn't have that neither, when you attempt to connect it won't work, they have some made up pictures that the support will send back attempting to tell you to " add acces to your own Facebook page because that is the issue" adn this is once again not possible, the options they show in their "guides" and answers are not actual existing options just edited pictures by them and none of the functions actually wotk but they start charging you if you have a connected card. You can not add yourself "acces" in pages because you are the owner with the full access, it does not work and it's a complete scam

Terrible customer service. Product is stagnant for over many years. Doesn't even read messages. Look elsewhere.

Ho approfittato del piano gratuito e investito diverse ore per impostare una chatbot.

Dopo qualche tempo, noto che la chat non funziona più. E' presente sul sito, ma non funziona.

Controllo nella mia dashboard, dove vengo invitata a fare l'upgrade a pagamento: strano, perché sono arrivata a solo il 20% del piano gratuito. Evidentemente, un bug.
Segnalo la cosa all'assistenza tecnica. Dopo venti giorni (!!!) mi devono ancora rispondere, nonostante diversi solleciti.

Peraltro, non è neanche possibile rimuovere la chat se non si paga. Tutto bloccato.
Potete immaginare i danni di un chatbot non funzionante su una pagina di vendita, per settimane... In attesa che qualcuno mi risponda.
Di contro, vengo continuamente contattata dal loro venditore per fare l'upgrade.

Ho dovuto contattare un tecnico per rimuovere il codice dalle pagine. Ora, sono ben lieta di pagare per un'alternativa più professionale e trasparente con i propri clienti.

Used it to make 2-3 bots and it basically did the job.. when it came to more complex routs it got not so comfortable so i think it suits more simple bots

La peggiore esperienza mai avuta, il supporto è terribile, sono lentissimi nelle risposte, il programma non è funzionale non puoi scrivere ai tuoi clienti e non puoi restare su gruppi di lavoro.
Per me non vale!

A functional tool however the support is terrible. I hired a package and at the time of negotiation they were super helpful, but after signing the contract they didn't schedule a kickoff meeting and it takes days to answer some simple questions about the implementation.

Really the ONLY CHOICE if you are looking at a great Bot builder system.
I am with them since a few years and not only the tool is great BUT... the CUSTOMER CARE is one (if not the) BEST I ever stumbled upon.
-Quick...proactive, willing to help you at best.

These guys will charge you without authorisation and will not allow you to remove your card neither they will allow you to downgrade your plan

They have exceptionally fast client support, their interfase is very pretty and easy to use. Price is a bit high for me but I guess is worth it, if it converts prospects.

I am a non-coding marketer, and I love LandBot, allow me to focus on my conversation strategy instead of getting tripped up in tech details. Interface is a delight to use. Great value, easy to get started. Landbot is zero brain damage.
