Aakash packs a lot of value in this course. If you are a subscriber to (or familiar with) his Substack, you know the content bar is high. This course takes you through a structured, compounding curriculum
with the support structure to help you on your job search. The content alone is worth the cost. Then layer on the expert support and community and it's a great value prop. Thanks Aakash and Team.

I'm an experienced product leader who spent the last three years heads-down on a startup. When I decided to get back into the market, I thought my experience and network would carry me. They didn't. I was applying to things that looked interesting with a resume I'd dusted off and maybe thrown into ChatGPT. Nothing was happening.

The first thing this course did was force me to answer a question I'd been avoiding: what do I actually want? I'm a product person. Defining the target should be second nature. But doing it for yourself is a different beast. The exercises around defining your non-negotiables and drawing clear lines in the sand were confronting, humbling, and exactly what I needed. I went through many iterations before I landed on something that felt true. Once I had that clarity, everything else started to fall together. My resume went from an unfocused mixed bag to something with a real direction. My networking became strategic instead of scattershot.

The other thing I want to call out is the coaching and the community. I bombed an early interview. Badly. We're about mid-way through Cohort 2, and I've already been able to hone in on exactly what I want, where I fit in the market, and all the steps and tools to go out and land it. I'm not going to lie, it takes real work and commitment, but it's been so worth it.
