Great support relating to delivery dates and fantastic support on the day. Top notch service.

Fast response. Great delivery - the driver rang 10 minutes before arrival. Helpful to a tee and great quality topsoil for my new garden. Green fingers made easy.

Easy to use website and helpful staff when I called to check something. Price of stones was good compared to other online options. Delivery was relatively quick and I was kept informed throughout. Will certainly use again.

Shocking service. A different story every time you contact them. First promise of delivery in a particular week. After payment the delivery week suddenly could not be guaranteed. Then a telephonic conversation confirming a Friday delivery. Thereafter an email about the order being delayed. Then a telephonic conversation saying they need to check with supplier because they are not sure. Another telephonic conversation stating the goods were delivered the day before the delay notice was sent. Then an excuse that the deliveries had “technical issues” all week showing stock on the system as either delivered or damaged. Now the holding position is that their supplier needs to investigate and it is a bank holiday weekend so maybe they will have an answer on Tuesday. Not once was the promise of a call back actually fulfilled.

Update: delivery arrived Tuesday after the bank holiday. The joists were the wrong size even though the order clearly stated the size. Apparently they do not even sell the size we ordered. The joists were not unloaded, they were sent back with the Courrier and a refund requested. Two weeks later the refund was processed. The next day after the refund was processed, another Courrier arrived to collect the joists that were never unloaded.
This company must be bleeding money on wasted costs.

Very happy with my decking it came early with a mix up on the order they went above and beyond by taking the load back and redelivered the same day witch is a miracle as I live on the Isle of wight the driver could not have done anymore with his help 5 stars all the way well done and thank you.

To date, I have not received all of my orders. The first two bags were delivered without any problems. Then a different driver came with 3 pallets after a wait of over 2 weeks and did not have the correct equipment to move the pallets. One was deposited on my driveway and after phone calls with tendering express, Braintree, the pallet was moved to the side but the driver left with the remaining 2 bags promising to return with the correct lifting equipment. I am now going to ask for a refund of the two bags that were not delivered. I will NEVER buy from Landscaping again and would not recommend this company.
