Very pleased with the coping stones I purchased, they look fantastic and you can see they are high quality. Melanie at Landscaping Superstore was very helpful and patient when she helped me with queries I had. Would highly recommend this company, delivery was quick and on time.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. We ordered several sets of coping stones for jobs and it took months to get our products. The customer service is some of the worst we have dealt with as a business. They cost us and our customers a huge amount of money, time and stress and they couldn’t care less because you are passed about between so many staff that have bonuses what is going on. Steer clear.

Very easy to order on-line, kept informed of every stage of order and delivery process,came on time and very polite and helpful delivery driver,

Just another dropshipper. We have made a mistake of ordering from them. They keep zero stock. Everything is dropshipped from real supplier. The problem is the customer service knows nothing about deliveries.

We keep getting the same update from them: "we do not know where the goods are but will find out from the supplier". Then they make a promise to follow up and never do.

Just a dropshipper without the proper system in place so they can actually track the deliveries. Poor

Order coping stones on 30/06/25, contacted them a week later for ETA to be told they don't know. I said a week, month could not tell me. Phoned company which produces the coping stones they said landscaping superstore had a big back order due to change in ownership and no ETA could be given as orders were being processed in place order.

Found the exactly same stones on another website, cheaper and they were delivered in 14 days.

All I can say don't take orders if you can't fulfill them. Plus don't lie and say it won't be quicker to purchase from another supplier because it was.

Shocking

Ordered £1k of products but no delivery. Made contact, to be told they have been bought over and no idea when delivery will be made.

You would have thought that good customer service meant they would reach out but no, just keep my money for over 3 weeks and another 7 days before i get a refund.

Good quality product, exactly as described and delivered promptly. A fair price compared to other companies.

Product not received. Was expected on the 4th June i never received. Was told it was dispatched on the 3rd it did not arrive. I asked on the 13th where it is i had a reply saying the business is in transition. (i could not give a crap where is my order!) i emailed back on the same day asking where it is. No Reply. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I HAVE NOT BEEN ISSUED A REFUND EITHER THEY ARE A SCAM.

Great product

Awful service! Bought some coping stones that had a certain delivery time on them. Once this date passed I called numerous times, once I finally got through I was told their supplier hadn’t sent them yet but they will let me know once they’ve been dispatched.
I’ve asked for a refund but have to wait until they speak to the supplier before they can do it. Avoid this company!

Original order found alterations to the physical measurements of the porcelain slabs we ordered, follow up from the supplier was excellent and an alternative was suggested, all of which still satisfied our requirements. Excellent customer service and very professional

Goods never arrived informed of delivery date never came asked how my delivery was that I had never had said it would come it didn’t! said they had a difficulty with supplier they would sort it this went on for a prolonged period so requested refund which I was informed would happen after going past there arrangements hope this is far in advance of there sales techniques customer service and delivery systems plus goods still being offered for sale buyers beware !

Very poor service.
Paid over £500 for timber for a garden project on the pretence of a stated 3-5 day delivery. 4 days later and no communication re. A delivery date so I try calling and messaging. Eventually I have got through to someone only to be told there may be a delay and they cannot tell me when my delivery date will be. They have however taken my money.
Really really poor.
Do not take customers money if you cannot fulfil orders in the timescales given.
The fact that I have only been told once I have chased them is terrible.
I would have ordered elsewhere if I had been told delivery times were longer as I had other options.

* Update. I was told I would get contacted the next day after they chased the supplier, I wasn't. I then chased again the next day only to be told as it was late on Friday they couldn't give me an answer but would contact the supplier and call me on the Monday. Unsurprisingly, I wasn't contacted on the Monday.
Generally really poor, disappointing service. I will not be using again.

Very helpful when I phoned to discuss the order on the Monday, and 20 square meters of paving stones were delivered on the Friday of that week. Can't ask for more than that.

All good, delivery and product very good

After a couple of failed efforts from a much more well known company to get a new garden furniture set first delivered and then delivered correctly, We stumbled across a set we really liked from this company. Bit apprehensive given it was a good chunk of money to be parting with but patience wasn’t running high and we decided to bite the bullet and go with it with this company that we hadn’t heard off. Can’t fault it to be honest from start to finish. Good communication throughout and very quick delivery and more importantly, Delivered correctly and not damaged! Will have no hesitation using this company again
