Lee & Sam Property Care is a family-owned general contracting company in Chicago. We're licensed by the City of Chicago Department of Buildings (License TGC132820) and have spent more than 25 years working on the homes this city is actually built from — brick bungalows, two-flats, pre-war frame houses, downtown condos, and homes throughout the south and southwest suburbs like Oak Lawn, Tinley Park, Orland Park, and Markham. Most of our work is kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and full gut rehabs. We also do flooring, tile, and paint. The same two owners run every job start to finish. When you call, you get one of us, not an office. Renovating in Chicago means dealing with permits, plan review, and older buildings that like to hide problems behind the walls. We've been through that process more times than we can count. We pull the permits, we coordinate the trades, and before any work starts you get a detailed scope of work that spells out exactly what we're doing and what it includes, so there are no surprises halfway through.
