In 2024 I purchased a piece of land in Florida from LandSupplier.com. I believed I was buying valid property with a legitimate title. However, later the previous owner filed a quiet title action in court, claiming the land had been sold fraudulently. The court ruled in their favor and the land was taken away from me.

Since then, I have been trying repeatedly to contact Robert at LandSupplier to resolve this issue, but I have not received any response. This has been a terrible experience and I have lost all the money I paid with no explanation or support from the company.

I am posting this review to warn others about my experience and to ask LandSupplier to respond and address this serious problem.

These people robbed me for a little over $5000. Ive been calling and trying to reach out but I keep getting sent to voicemail everytime. There has been no updates on my refund at all. I was promised they would reach out but still no word on it. Nick Salafia is the one who tricked me into this buying this lot and I stated on the phone I was going to put a tiny home on it then later down the road he called me a LIAR saying i did not mention that at all at the beginning. So until I receive my refund of the full amount that I deposited to their account this review will stay posted on this page.

After we came to agreement on the sale price of my property Landsupplier followed through exactly as agreed. They said what they would do in writing and in what time frame and did exactly that. The process was smooth and easy.

This company is honest, reasonable priced lots and easy to work with...

It was an overall great experience working with Robert! The communication and process was seamless on my first land purchase!

Everything was smooth and fast thank you landsupplier for make this sale very pleasant.

At the beginning I was giving Nick hard time cause in Florida there is a lot Fraud. He was very professional and patience with me. I'll refer anyone to land supplier.

The transaction from start to finish went very smooth and we were able to close quickly at the price we agreed on. We definitely would recommend him and we would use Robert again in the future.

Robert was very courteous and informative. He had everything taken care of very quickly. I would be happy to do business with him again.

This is the second time I buy a land with this company and I must say, I absolutely loved it, that's why I did it again and will continue doing it in the future.
They are kind people that are not only fast, but also willing to help you with any questions you might have.
After I purchased the first land (before knowing I would buy a second one) I contacted them with concerns post the sell and Jenny specifically was so kind to help out with my questions that I am truly greatful for, that in fact made me go for the second one.
Robert is efficient and so pleasant to work with, I couldn't expect a better experience than the one I had I absolutely recommend Land Supplier!, what a great team, thank you so much for everything!!
