With only two days before renewal date, Lansdown were able to find me a new quotation, adapt it to my requirements and put the policy in place in time. Sadly disappointed with Lansdown from this year's renewal experience. We have always had superb support but this year it has taken numerous calls to get consistent and accurate information and confirmations. Perhaps a change of staffing and structure? Even now I have conflicting documents?!
