We have initiated a refund for you. However, since you used the QR payment method, our payment partner’s policy requires that the refund can only be sent to a bank account, and cannot be returned to an e-wallet even if the original payment was made through one.
As of now, we have not yet received your bank account details. Please kindly provide your bank information so we can forward it to our payment partner and proceed with the refund process. 🙏
