For me as a developer a notebook with a broken key has no value.
Together with the support of laptoptaste.de I analysed the key and changed it for about 10€.

I had a broken key hinge on a Logitech 780 keyboard. Laptopkey were very helpful in helping me identify the right hinge to replace it. They were quick to answer questions and shipped the hinge quickly. It took a while to arrive due to the Polish postal service but I got tracking updates and it arrived safely and fitted perfectly. Great service and good price. They will be my goto company if I get a similar problem.

I needed a small ESC key for an Asus ZenBook. Despite the clear photos, I was asked for the exact dimensions of the key, which I provided using a calliper. Sure enough, three days later I received a letter containing the key that fitted perfectly. Great service – I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Mir wurde bei Laptoptaste.de schnell und optimalst geholfen das richtige Scharnier für zwei meiner kaputtgegangenen zu finden um meine Tastenkappen wieder einsetzten zu können!
Die Kommunikation verlief superschnell und war mega hilfreich und vor allem am wichtigsten erfolgreich. Zudem wurde ich gleich auf die Betsellseite mit allen relevanten Angaben verlinkt um diese dort bestellen zu können. Innerhalb weniger Tage waren die Scharniere da und haben perfekt gepasst!!! De Q-toets op een Lenovo Gaming laptop was losgekomen, lang buiten de garantieperiode. Hier kon ik nog individuele toetsen bijbestellen. Het was op de positie van de typische "W" toets van gamers die niet meer in voorraad is, maar omwille van de Belgische toetsenbordindeling had ik een Q nodig en deze was er nog wel. Vlotte levering en verkoper was bereikbaar toen de online betaling initieel wat mis liep. Het herplaatsen was nog spannend, maar we vonden een voorbeeld op Youtube dus ook dat is goed afgelopen.

Ich war mir nicht sicher, welches Tastenscharnier ich bestellen musste, habe daher den Support (mit Fotos) kontaktiert und mir wurde umgehend der richtige Artikel mitgeteilt. Diesen habe ich gleich bestellt, die Lieferung traf innert 3 Tage ein und ich konnte, als Laie, das Scharnier problemlos einsetzen.
