Ordered Samsung Galaxy A51 mobile phone over bank holiday monday, phone arrived on Wednesday. Saved €45 on model compared to well known catalogue retailer. Excellent service, would use again.

Excellent service and products

Excellent service and products. The item I purchased is of the best quality items I have ever seen. I bought a pair of Non Oem AirPods with charging case and they are fantastic. This seller comes highly recommended.

Words without any real actions...

Ordered a new laptop battery from them (around end of Jan).
Received non working battery. Almost three weeks later they still have my money and I have a non working battery.

Initially tried contacting them and got no reply in 2 days, so proceed to open paypal dispute.

Then eventually got a message back claiming that now, since I have opened the paypal dispute they have to wait for paypal to close it first before they can issue a refund. What??? Can't believe there is no way for a seller to click on "my bad, issue the refund now" button.
Apart from that message there was zero communication for two weeks.

On 13/02/2020, after I have posted the review here, got a call from the seller, who has promised to arrange the collection of the faulty battery, so we've agreed they will send me email or call again with further details later that day, but nothing has changed since (it is already 16/02/2020 today).

P.S. PayPal wasn't helpful either, as they require me to post battery back, which I don't know how to do - AnPost won't let me post laptop battery.
Same with other courier services - they only allow businesses to post batteries.
(It is a faulty non-original Chinese battery, it would be irresponsible for me to conceal it as something else as it really can be a fire hazard).

Bought 2 laptops at Argos had to return…

Bought 2 laptops at Argos had to return bought 1 here delighted with purchase. Staff are very polite and friendly. I would highly recommend buying anything at this premises will be returning again for more purchases.

We had an availability scare last days leading up to Xmas! Jay & team got it sorted from abroad rapid and kept us updated without asking!

Great buying experience

Bought a 2nd hand laptop from laptop market . Fast friendly service delivered the next day via courier.The man I spoke with was very helpful and threw in a display port free of charge with my purchase. The charger wasn’t in the box when it came so I rang them up . They couldn’t have been more apologetic. Received the charger the next day so delighted with the service. Highly recommend laptop market to buy from . They also do extended warranty which is a big plus
