Had exomide, LED light therapy and micro needling , by Caitlin she was prompt and professional , and attentive. Clinic clean and comfortable. Very happy 😃

I’ve been getting laser hair removal for years and have seen wonderful results. At my most recent visit, Eden took the time to ask thoughtful follow-up questions and was incredibly honest and professional. She actually suggested moving my follow-up appointment out because she felt I didn’t need it yet, which ended up saving me money. That level of integrity and care really stood out to me. I truly appreciate her honesty and excellent customer service.

The information provided during my consult was very informative and thorough. Everything was explained clearly, which really helped me understand my options and plan my next steps. The therapist was very knowledgeable and reassuring.

I've been getting the same laser treatment on my arms with Laser Clinics Australia for almost 10 years. Today was the first time ever that the therapist refused to do a small section at the back of my upper arm with my half arm treatment. The inside of my lower arms don't grow hair so this section doesn't require treatment

had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this clinic.

I had booked a full leg laser hair removal appointment and called one day in advance to cancel. Instead of being offered an alternative such as rescheduling, the staff member I spoke to was extremely rude and told me I would be charged the full amount as a cancellation fee.

What made the experience worse is that I also had a facial appointment booked on a later date, which I had already paid for, and I was told that when I come in for that facial, I would be made to pay the cancellation fee then.

There was no empathy, no attempt to resolve the situation, and no professional communication — just threats of being fined. This is not the level of customer service I expect from a professional clinic.

I would NOT recommend Laser Clinics Australia. They falsely advertise products and services, are NOT accommodating, very very poor customer service. Management have not responded to me despite several emails and phone calls about my package. I have been extremely disappointed with them. I would not go to them ever again.

Had Skin Needling with Sherrin today at Rouse hill and she was amazing!!! Answered all my questions and was so honest which I want in my therapist! My skin feels great and I’ve already made my next appointment

Apart from having to spend 15mins debating that the cost I was quoted on the phone and the cost they were planning on charging me was off by $300 the laser setting they used on my legs was so low that I have zero difference to when I walked in. Now before you say oh yes but you need more than 1 treatment….so 2 days prior I had the identical laser ((Bbl hero) at a LAC in Melbourne on my arms& face. They explained they’d do one pass with one laser setting and the other with a different one and then treat some of the darker ones with another, called it something like spotting. My arms and face were a little red and hot and mildly sore and by the time I got in my car the dark spots were getting darker and have progressively got darker which is the desired outcome. The moment my legs were completed there was no redness no soreness and when I got home no dark spots forming. Utter waste of money and I’ve since found out that these laser clinic places do this (put on light settings ) so you need to come back for several expensive treatments. In Melbourne they suggested 3 treatments with the same laser and Adelaide 6!! I suggest not getting ripped off and go to a place run by professionals who want you to get results not rip you off!! A dermatologist can refer you. laser Clinic Australia Adelaide Myer Centre is managed by a fool and are training staff to rip the customer off.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by Chermside Laser Clinic, especially after being a customer for several years. I booked my appointment during their Black Friday sale and was ready to pay, but they told me I could pay after my treatment. Today, after the treatment, I was charged full price.

When I asked why, I was told by Jade (who did my treatment) that I could only get the sale price if I left a positive review — basically offering me 50% off in exchange for a good review. Now that I’ve seen how poor their reviews are, it makes sense why they’re desperate enough to do that.

I also asked to speak with the manager, but was told she was in treatments all day and couldn’t talk to me, and that I should just send an email instead.

Overall, really disappointing experience!

Very disappointed . Feel like I was scammed. I purchased 3 x laser pigmentation removal for face online on 21/11/25( Already paid for 2 treatment online) and make an appointment today. I was told that treatment is not available in Dubbo just when I got there .I purchased and made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Both online and Dubbo clinic didn't mentioned about that. If I have known earlier , I wouldn't have purchased that. Want my refund.
Also my friend had similar experience. The one she purchased is not available and got different treatment that she didn't prefer.

I paid $500 in Botox for TMJ.
It did absolutely nothing and when I went back for a review she didn’t offer to put extra units for free. She told me I would feel a change when it starts wearing off and to go back after a couple of months.
It’s been over 2 months now and no changes at all and of course I’m not going back there with that poor service and lack of help. They just want the money.

I have been a regular customer for 10 years. Was treated for laser hair removal. Results are fairly poor. They discount their services heavily and promise that pre-purchased packages "virtually do not expire". Today, I was booked for treatment and wanted to use a pre-purchased treatment. Before the session started, I was advised that the treatment expired YESTERDAY, as such they refused to honor it.
I tried to reason with them, but they still refused to allow it.
This clinic is a scam. I have repeatedly questioned the effectiveness of the treatment with the therapists. No answers given.
Customer Service is often very poor with rude girls taking bookings and performing treatment.
I have now decided to go elsewhere. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone

I have been trying to contact Laser Clinics Australia at Westfield Doncaster for two days.
I walked into the store to be told there is no receptionist.
Two therapists were sitting at the desk.
What sort of business is this?
No way to book a treatment by phone, no online bookings for the treatment I wanted.
I’ll go elsewhere.
