Lovely staff and so helpful at managing and appointments around to suit. The results from the microneedling session I had were FANTASTIC , the cosmetic assistant was professional, knowledgeable and caring.
10/10 would recommend any treatment from this clinic.

Great results and friendly, helpful staff

It was a nice session for laser hair removal with friendly staff.

Louise was my registered nurse for my face refresher of Botox and derma filler.
I was impressed with Louise's efficiency in putting my treatment plan together, I was duly aware of what the treatment entailed and Louise also enlightened me about areas on my face that would not benefit from certain types of the treatment. I respected her honestly and the that she has 10 years experience as a reg.nurse in emergency dept of hospital impressed me and I felt confident with her nursing skills. Thanks Louise I love the result amazing ❤️

During our last visit in February, I wanted to make a booking for Cool sculpting treatments; however, the Computers were frozen, and the Consultants were busy.
I left my details, and they committed to call me back. A month passed, no calls/ no messages received - I thought to check in person during our March visit for my daughter’s laser treatment, and I was told that the LCA did no longer provide the Coolsculpting treatment! One of the Consultants (Grace?) lied to me that she tried to ring me 6-7 times. The LCA has my correct details and I have no missed calls recorded on my mobile phone!

Furthermore, the same Consultant did not bother to check my daughter’s booking records - and asked us whether under arms would also be treated - she is the same Consultant who sold us the package, and provided the previous treatments. This was my daughter’s 4th laser treatment, not the first!

As you can imagine, after the failure of booking me for the Coolsculpting treatment, this unnecessary quest made me to think that the LCA does not care about its customers!!

Hands down the best experience I’ve had with Botox!! Marjorie is incredible.

I went in knowing nothing, and she explained everything clearly, no pressure, no upselling!! just straight-up professional and skilled.

The whole team is amazing too. From the moment you walk in, they’re friendly and welcoming. As a guy, it can feel a bit intimidating walking into a place like this, but they instantly make you feel comfortable.

Marjorie is super down-to-earth and made the process easy. She even shared some solid skincare tips 😉. She was precise, cautious, and did touch-ups exactly where needed. My forehead lines are gone, and I look a few years younger!! natural, clean results, nothing overdone.

The laser hair removal team are just as great — been going for a few months now and the results are spot on.

10/10. If you want Botox done right by someone skilled who genuinely cares, Marjorie’s the one.

I recently had a laser treatment for the sides of my face, but I’m quite disappointed with the service. The areas were not properly covered, and the results are uneven. I expected more care and attention during the treatment.

I have been for microneedling, laser and dermabrasion in Laser Clinics Drummoyne and had a great experience every single time.
The staff there is very professional and caring. Would not go anywhere else!

Always happy with friendly service and results,I always go back there with confidence .

Caitlin stepped in and I had a facial I couldn’t fault
I chose not to have any of the new and fandangled apparatus and she simply indulged me in an old-fashioned peronal facial that I haven’t experienced in over 20 years
This sort of facial should be included in your options

I had a calm and hydrate peel with Karen today and it was amazing! She’s so gentle and talented. Perfect plump skin after the treatment!

The girl treating me was very good and knew exactly what she was doing and advised me on all the right things.
My skin is feeling hydrated and fresh.

I had my laser treatment with Eleni at the Casuarina store yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly patient, professional, and made sure to cover every inch carefully and thoroughly. Her attention to detail and dedication really stood out, and she made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. I truly appreciate the effort she put in, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great laser experience.

The most amazing experience with Andjelina in bondi junction. I have had skin needling done in numerous salons and this is by far the best and most important the least painful with amazing results. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience! I had concerns about my acne scarring and breakouts. They recommended Kleresca and skin needling and my face hasn’t looked any better! The staff are lovely and give you a great experience with a personal tailored service!

My visit to the Woden Laser Clinic was probably the best I've experienced to date, and I've been to a few different clinics in different cities. Lilian was fabulous; professional and very thorough. Very competitive pricing. It was my first visit to Westfield and the girls were very kind in guiding me to the clinic while on the phone! Highly recommended.
