The last time I visited LCA, I was looked after by Marnie, and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of her. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole appointment, and the way she carried out the treatment was truly impressive. She’s incredibly gentle, calming, and professional in her approach. I feel very lucky to have found her, she made the entire experience such a positive one.

I recently had a laser hair removal appointment at Laser Clinics Australia Tea Tree Plaza, and I would like to share my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received.

I would especially like to commend Jayna for her exceptional professionalism and attentiveness. She demonstrated excellent knowledge of the procedure, maintained a calm and reassuring manner, and ensured that I was comfortable at every stage of the treatment. Her attention to detail and genuine care for patient comfort truly stood out.

Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to continuing my treatments at your clinic. Thank you for maintaining such high standards of service and patient care.

Love my monthly visits to Laser Clinic Wagga Wagga.
The Team is amazing, very caring and thoughtful!
And cater specifically to your needs.
I would definitely recommend going in meeting the team if you have any skin concerns.
So far I have had express microdermabrasion 👌🏽 calm and hydrate peels and two rounds of Micro needling.
Skin is feeling refresh and I find I have more confidence in my own skin. ❤️ looking forward to my future visits 😁

Booked a hydra facial but when booking online they don’t let you use a gift voucher. This means you end up paying whatever the price is on day, so you can’t lock in a discounted price. It’s not fair & shouldn’t be legal, as a gift voucher is a legal form of tender.

Chelsea is amazing! I was not confident at all going in for my first laser session but she really made me feel comfortable and not awkward at all! I am now on my 4th treatment and the results are so amazing!!

Chatswood store - Probably the worst facial I have ever had. Barely 20 mins, totally rushed and rough, not relaxing. No consult, no advice, no engagement. A terrible experience

I arrived at 9:55 for my 10:00 appointment, but there were no staff at the front desk. When someone finally came out from the back, she checked my booking in an unfriendly manner. Then, without any explanation, she simply handed me an iPad and said, “Read this and sign.”

I noticed another staff member properly explaining to a different customer what the form was about before asking them to sign, which made me feel uncomfortable.

After that, although the staff did not appear to be doing anything, I was not taken in until 10:10. Time is limited. I had left my one-year-old baby with my husband, who was working, so my time was very precious. I was in a hurry and would appreciate it if appointments were handled on time.

When I was finally called in, she only said, “Come through,” which felt very cold. I am usually addressed by my name, so this felt impersonal.

The same staff member has treated me twice in a row, and both times I felt she was careless. Perhaps she is just used to it, but these are private areas that are already uncomfortable to expose, and I expected more care and professionalism. For some reason, even though I had booked a Brazilian, she asked me both times if I also wanted the back done. It made me wonder if she had properly checked my booking details.

This happened during my most recent visit: usually, protective goggles are placed on the bed, but this time there were none. We started with the Brazilian, and at that point I let it go. However, when it was time to do my underarms, I asked, “Where are the goggles?” She handed them to me in a cold and dismissive way, which was frustrating.

Previously, after the treatment, staff would place lotion on cotton pads for me. However, the last two times, this same staff member handed me a damp baby wipe and told me to wipe myself. I preferred the cotton pads. Is this a cost-cutting measure?

My last visit to this establishment was very pleasant . From the time i walked in to the time i left ,i have to point out that the girl who did the laser “ Keira” was real professional and. Very gentle . Hardly felt any pain and she was swift and quick . Hopefully next session she there again ! Great job Keira !!

In for Botox and lip filler and it was seamless and they were so kind and comforting.

Staff at the front super lovely and the lady that attended to me is an absolute angel. Loved her open and down to earth personality.
