Started coming here when they've opened their Sylvia Park branch. My go to skin clinic now for all my aesthetic treatments.
Karen and Robin are so great. Very knowledgeable, welcoming and looked after me so well.

I had Olivia and she was really good at explaining everything to me. I went in not really knowing what to expect and she explained the possible outcomes and things that might happen and also was really good at answering my questions. I was recommended by my partner who goes here for laser treatment and I have to say she was right. I’m looking forward to next time and figuring out the treatment plan for me. Definitely will be back

I’ve only had two sessions of laser hair removal so far but as a person who is super self conscious and completely out of my comfort zone in this situation i have never felt more respected and looked after than at laser clinic!!

The staff at Sylvia Park are so friendly and down to earth, they make you feel super comfortable and they are so laid back during the experience that you feel more confident instead of embarrassed.

Im not actually happy with the outcome today. This is my 2nd time visiting the store and not being treated. Extremely dissapointed with the service and their advise.

I have been to the Albany Lazer Clinic four times over the last couple of months.Always the girls are professional and extremely helpful.The beauty technician I see is Rose,she is very knowledgeable about all aspects of beauty and packages available,as well as being skilled in her field.

Maddie delivers amazing consistent service. She is a great nurse who knows her business and produces fabulous results

The staff member that attended me today was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I asked questions about my treatment and she gave very short sharp answers without being helpful or willing to get into conversation. This is disappointing when you have prepaid for a professional service and you're trusting the Laser Clinics NZ to care for you throughout the process.
Other laser clinics I have attended in the past have had really friendly professional staff and they go above and beyond to make you feel really special. I would not recommend Laser Clinics NZ based on the 2 visits I've had to Newmarket branch.
