Placed a re-order for blank labels
Placed a re-order for blank labels. Small order in $$. Ordered through the website. Paid and received confirmation as one would expect. Then I get an email advising me I did not pay for freight. So I had to pay for freight. Its your website. If you want customers to pay for freight, make it work that way. Fix it!

We understand your frustration but to be fair to us, our IT Department told us you were using a really old version of a Mac computer and browser which contributed to the error in our cart not charging freight correctly. We have since fixed the problem.

Petty business is a turn off!
I have been ordering labels from this company for years and I told them I had some labels that weren't cut right and they said if I dont have pics of that they wouldn't and couldn't do anything for me. As if I would just make up something up like that. I had to alter all of the labels that didnt come off of the paper correctly because I had a order for juices. I couldnt just wait on replacements. That to me is bad business. They know damn well stuff like that happens. Certain things in business happens and I know damn well this has been reported from other customers. So trust and believe I will be using another label company soon.

Honestly
Honestly, I was expecting the usual online shopping chaos — wrong sizes, late deliveries, you know the drill. But nope! This place surprised me in the best way possible.
