Everything since the date of purchase has been horrible. During the first 6 months of owning a Laser Photonics handheld laser it worked properly only 37 days. It broke down after 3 days of use and had to get shipped back which took a month. The second time it broke it took just shy of 4 months for them to fix.

I tried contacting the CEO, DOO, VP, Sales and Customer Service many times, and most went unanswered.

Buyer beware. After the sale you are NOT important to Laser Photonics.

I purchased a used Laser Photonics Titan FX fiber laser machine. Support such as user manuals, wiring diagrams, or configuration files are standard for any industrial machine- except at Laser Photonics. After a month of repeated phone calls and emails, their Director of Sales stated they have lost all documentation for the machine, will not send a copy of current manuals or even allow me to pay for a technician to look at the machine. Instead, he suggested I learn how to fix it on my own with zero support.

He also offered to sell me a complete new, less powerful laser source from excess inventory to replace the cut fiber optic cable on my Titan FX for about $100,000, claiming the required part was no longer made. IPG Photonics makes the actual laser, and within 48 hours quoted me ~$1,700 for the broken part on my machine that Laser Photonics said was impossible to find.

After researching Laser Photonics online, it appears the company was having severe financial issues before COVID-19 and was purchased for the name by an Indian holding company in 2020. Many employees left in 2018-2020 because of poor work conditions and failure to make payroll (See Glassdoor.com). Their expertise, and digital and hardcopy documentation to support Laser Photonics' products sold prior to that date appears to have been lost at the same time.
