I really like the hair. Though I haven’t used it yet, it seems like a good quality and feels soft. Can’t wait to wear it!

My first order was excellent. Fast shipping and full clip in extensions. The second order left much to be desired. The shipping was extremely slow, almost a month long so I had to go to the salon to get my hair done. By the time I got the order, I was disappointed because the bundles were very skimpy and not as full as my two previous orders. Customer service was excellent as they were responsive and did send a coupon for a future order.

Good hair quality, reliable shipping

I love these clip-ins. I’ve been wearing them for a few months now. They wash well and there little to no shedding. I brought a 2nd set which includes a set of 1 clip-ins, perfect for my small sections!

The quality of the hair was decent, but they sent faulty products. The clips weren't sown on the wefts properly and they've seen the review I left and decided to reach out. They are more concerned with having bad reviews than fixing the issue at hand. Dont buy this nonsense it's not worth it. They also lied that it's $99 for bundles.

Exceeded my expectations. My natural hair is to middle of my back. It was to costly to get someone to braid it so I said I would give it a go doing the braid in nethod. I got the 18" and used 2 pieces in each med/large miracle knot braid. I ordered 2 bundles & had hair left over. Oh did I mention I dyed it a black cherry color to match my hair. Quick early delivery

Hair is excellent quality matches well with my own hair which is thin due to low thyroid. My order came fast and customer service was wonderful

I will never order from this website again. I ordered the hair on March 4 and it was not shipped until April 8th and delivered in April 13th. I ordered 2 packs of 18 inch clip ins and was given 16 inch without any compensation for the length reduction! I spoke with “support” several times. I was told I would be given a 20% off coupon and was only given 10%. This company is a joke. The only positive feedback I have is the color quality of the clip ins was nicely done on the highlight set. That is it. The clip ins are extremely thin. Save your money and order from a better hair service provider.

I received the hair I ordered in the expected time. The quality of the hair is great and I can't wait to use it for my next style. I love the invisible clip ons because they blend so well with my hair.

bought clip-ins they were packaged well, the hair is soft with no offensive smells. They appear to have little to no shedding and the tracks look well crafted. I can't wait to install them.

My hair came in the mail yesterday. Though I haven’t used it yet the hair is very soft and has no chemical smell. I did have a problem with my order however they are working to resolve it which is why I still gave them five stars
