I placed an order never received it, contacted them via email twice no response then finally responded over a wk later to ask for my order number then to ignore me again!! I had to message again and finally a refund no explanation to where my order was.This was over a period off weeks ridiculous 🙃

Great product, great communication and seller provides lots of information about other concerns or issues you may come across. This is such a relief for the person receiving treatment as seller covers everything in her email that you may not even think about.

Where do I start?! Amy is literally amazing!
From my first enquiry she was so friendly and helpful. Amy then made the 3+ hour journey to come to me, which l really valued….it meant I was more comfortable and relaxed in my own environment. I have been wanting to get into training for a long time now but found the whole thing so overwhelming, but Amy’s Beauty Educator course changed all that! Her patience and encouragement throughout was incredible and now thanks to Amy I can move my business forward in ways I had only ever dreamt of.

Amy was really accommodating and explained everything very clear for me I struggle with adhd and autism so for me to sit and be able to be so patient shows how comfortable I was with Amy.
