These orthopedic sneakers handled a long city trip better than I expected. We walked way more than planned and my feet were still fine by the end of the day.

These waterproof boots handled a full rainy afternoon without any drama. No slipping, no wet socks and they wiped clean easily after.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
This is a China based company with a 1 man office in London.
Ordered 2 x medium sized jackets in October, received 1 x Large and 1 x Medium both would have fitted a 6 yr old child!
Asked for a refund and was offered to keep the product and get 10% refund and 20% off next purchase, clearly don’t have a functioning returns policy.
Told them that this wasn’t good enough and wanted a full refund as is my consumer rights, they the told me that the return could be “time consuming and costly” and offered me 15% refund and 30% off next purchase!
I refused and requested a full refund, They then sent me a Chinese address to send them back at my expense which I did, at no point did they say I needed to complete a returns form which subsequently meant that the return is still in China’s customs to this date 16 April!! 7 MONTHS. GREAT COMPANY NOT!!!

I wasn’t expecting much from the slip on sandals but they’re honestly so easy. After hours of errands my feet still felt okay and that’s not something I can usually say.

The linen trousers surprised me in a good way. Light, breathable and the pockets are actually deep enough to use which feels rare lately.

I grabbed the cardigan without overthinking and now I reach for it almost daily. It’s soft, simple and hasn’t stretched out even after washing.

The waterproof boots were bought mainly for commuting. Rainy mornings have been easier since, solid grip and dry feet make a difference even if it sounds simple.

During a brutal heatwave, this linen blouse honestly saved me. It feels light and breathable without being flimsy or see through like so many linen tops are. I’ve already washed it twice and it still looks crisp and fresh, which makes me feel better about reaching for it constantly.
