Nos alegra saber que considera el bolso precioso y que, en general, está satisfecha con él. Sentimos, sin embargo, que ciertos detalles hayan afectado su experiencia.

En cuanto al olor, puede ocurrir que un bolso nuevo conserve temporalmente un aroma relacionado con el proceso de fabricación o el embalaje. Este suele desaparecer tras unos días de ventilación. Entendemos perfectamente que pueda resultar molesto al recibirlo.

Respecto al cierre, el modelo Moira ha sido diseñado intencionadamente para poder llevarse tanto abierto como cerrado, ofreciendo una silueta más flexible y contemporánea. Su estructura permite esa versatilidad, que forma parte de su concepto estético. No obstante, si considera que el corchete presenta un funcionamiento anómalo, le invitamos a contactar con nuestro servicio de atención al cliente para revisarlo personalmente.

Chaque pièce L’Atelier de Malte est pensée avec une exigence particulière en matière de finitions, de confort et de durabilité. Concernant l’odeur, il peut arriver qu’un produit neuf, protégé pour le transport, conserve temporairement une légère odeur liée au conditionnement. Celle-ci disparaît généralement après aération. Néanmoins, nous comprenons parfaitement que cela ait pu vous gêner.

L’Atelier de Malte est une Maison française. Nous collaborons avec différents partenaires de production selon les modèles, tout en appliquant nos propres standards de qualité et de contrôle. Chaque pièce est développée et validée selon nos exigences internes.

Regarding the product itself, we would like to clarify a few points. The bag’s design including its compartment structure is intentional and clearly visible on our product pages. We always encourage customers to carefully review photos and descriptions prior to purchasing to ensure the design matches their expectations.

As for the initial smell you mentioned, this can occasionally occur with new items due to packaging and transport conditions and usually dissipates after the bag is aired out.
