Like all the rest I was certainly scamed and unable to contact anyone who would reply. I rang citizens advice who suggested I tried charged back on my credit card.they also reported it to trading standards. I have managed to get my money back through my credit card.however some one has had to pay.and the fake company has my money and by the reviews many others too

Not trustworthy. Like others ordered Kingfisher suncatches, described as handmade glass like an idiot i ordered 4 as gifts and received plastic items I have ordered from China websites for a few pounds. I have atempted to contact them and e-mails bounch back, luckly I made by other means and have suspended payments until resolved. On checking internet states this domain is for sale think that sums it up.

Item worth £7.00 and not £24.99.
Won’t buy again from that seller . Item is not the same as advertised .
Shocking they get away with selling cheap products at expensive prrices . All lies don’t buy from them . The said kingfisher ornament that’s suppost to give of beautiful colour in the sunlight is a plastic piece with a bird that doesn’t shine at all .

Scam! Ordered glass kingfisher made in uk. Nearly 2 weeks later received piece plastic bird via CHINA. Unable to have any contact with company . Did buy now pay later but payment requested still of 24.99

It is of some relief to me that other people have been taken in by this company. I ordered a hand blown glass kingfisher suncatcher and received an acrylic one. It was described by the company as hand blown glass so I paid substantially more. This company should not be allowed to get away with sales tactics such as this. Very disappointed and angry as I cannot imagine I will receive what I ordered or get a refund.

If I could give a zero score I would.

Nothing like the original description - made of cheap plastic (not glass) originating from China, and certainly not hand made!!!
Emails and letters returned from company, so no point of contact.

Am I the sorry girl I didnt read the reviews on this company Latest Finds This is a total SCAM company, the stained glass song bird trio I ordered and thought was coming from Cotswolds were flown all the way from China and delivered today. I Have taken screen shots of the box the packing the pathetic plastic birds. Flat piece of coloured plastic/perspex not a piece of glass to be seen. The ad is giving misinformation about the goods and where they come from. Ive tried 5 or 6 emails to the company without any response. Im angry I was taken by this lot wont happen again though i willl read the reviews on companies

I ordered two handcrafted stained glass bird displays only to receive coloured plastic imitations , which was clearly a scam. Needless to say my email to the company had gone unanswered and having read other customer complaints I am not expecting a reply from them to be reimbursed. I will do all I can obtain a reply & my money back but am realistic that my efforts will not be rewarded.

Cheap plastic tat. I thought I'd done my research but clearly not thoroughly enough. These were advertised as being hand-crafted crystal sparkling kingfisher mobiles. Instead, they clearly are cheap rubbish. Mass-produced transfers on plastic. Having read other reviews, it seems a return/refund is impossible so I have no hope of achieving that.

DO NOT BUY THIS RUBBISH!! All these reviews are perfectly accurate. I just wish I'd researched this company before ordering these "handblown glass kingfishers (I bought 2 of the damned things - one offered at half price). Talk about being scammed! Two flat pieces of perspex with a transfer. Handblown glass kingfisher, my ass!!

Well then the stress began, trying to contact the company directly and through Shop. No joy with either. Shop didn't want to know and told me by email to contact the seller,- which turns out to be a non-existent "British" company giving a MacDonalds address for returns. I should have realised that this was a scam by some dirty fake Chinese company. Some of the blame should fall on the heads of those online trading companies like Shop, who allow these fake companies to trade within their (supposedly respectable) names. Beware folks. Contact your credit card company for help, as you have no chance of getting a refund from Latest Finds.

I ordered a vintage inspired glass kingfisher which looked really nice on the website. It was actually a bit of plastic tat, which was broken and dis not fit together and was a complete rip off

No delivery within time given and tracking of order not real. Contacted at email given and no reply.
Asked for a refund and no reply so cancelled credit card transaction.
Do not trust this site!!

I’m writing this review to get the rating down to 1. I’m lucky in that I haven’t ordered. Too many alarm bells. The pictures, the contact details, you name it. Everything looks fake inc the lady making things at a table. How old? 🤣. And then suddenly it’s not just her making them in the Cotswolds, it’s a whole company even if they do post ads on Sky News, they’re fake as.
So the moral is, do your research. Don’t believe these tacky websites. I’m sorry for all those who have been ripped off. I hope that the Chinese con artists get their comeuppance in due course

By crediting ONE star I have over egged the issue. The tracking system is a complete fabrication in my opinion, telling me about flights taking off from China with time lines and other nonsense.
If I give a complete account of my experience readers will likely lose interest and miss the point.
So here is the point, stay away from this outfit if you value your time, money and sanity. You can get the same products elsewhere online quicker, cheaper and hassle free. Go there at your peril.

I MADE THE PURCHASE, THEN LOOKED ON TRUST PILOT. WILL IN FUTURE DO IT THE OTHER WAY ROUND.

I thought I was purchasing a lovely Hand Blown Glass Kingfisher Suncatcher. What I received was a piece of painted perspex. not what was advertised at all.

I to fell for this scam resulting in receiving a plastic cut out bird, not one suggestion of an actual piece of ‘cut glass’. I also received no replies to two separate emails, one of which Google was unable to serve. I have contacted Sky as this is where I saw the initial advert which was situated on their news app. Upon receiving a detailed acknowledgment in which they stated that they would investigate, the advert still remains on their app. I will be be speaking to my credit card company and in future check with Trust Pilot first.

The glass-blown Kingfisher .... oh yeah... It's a sheet of plastic with a transfer of some unknown breed of bird ! They won't refund sale items... so convenient, as they are shown as discounted. Thankfully, I paid with a credit card, so I will try to get my money back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS "COMPANY"... a load of tat! Also the address they show is McDonalds
