Half of the items shocking inferior quality and not as advertised
I have been refused a partial refund so am having to persue a charge back

I received my order from LIB (Latest in Beauty) but unfortunately 2 item's in my delivery/box had damaged and dirty lids etc. I was obviously a bit disappointed so I contacted LIB and Taylor was very polite and helpful and organised a freebie as an apology. Had initially thought id receive 2 products but that's fine as customer service was very quick. Very polite and friendly. And im happy to repurchase with them again. Probably the quickest customer service reply and help ever! So definitely 5 🌟

The box was really good value. Lots of lovely beauty treats inside. Loved it

I love these boxes so much! The excitement of opening them and seeing all the amazing things inside! Honestly I wish I could buy every single box! I use everything inside so it's definitely worth the money for me! Some things have been okay- but others are amazing!
I love how much you save and I love the variety of products it's always well selected and fits together!
Delivery is quick too and products are packaged nicely! Please bring back the 6 pick and mix items for £20!!! 🤞🏼

Very happy again with my last order from Latest in Beauty. I got the Beauty Elite Lookbook box, and it has some fantastic products in it, plenty of which I had already wanted to try. The box is great value considering the brands that come in it. I always keep an eye on the new boxes launching and couldn't say no to this one! The delivery was quick and the items were really well packaged.

I don’t buy from here often as I like to wait for a curated box that hits the mark on my preferences.
This last box was perfect, so much skincare, new Korean skincare to try and make up products which were skincare based.
Great box, great price and fast delivery.

Great box with fab selection of products for a good price. Only issue was my rituals spray had about 1/3 missing from the bottle… but other than that I have enjoyed using some of the products so far
