I receive my item incomplete my wish is if i can have a refund for it

Give them a negative. Ordered an item over a month ago and have not received it.

Lare delivery, unable to reach company to return items, then they told me I would need to pay to send all the way back to Australia and it wouldn't be worth my while. No product lable certifying what clothing is made of and where it is made was supposed to be linen, fabric is cotton. Poorly made, cheap materials. I don't think they should be allowed to sell on line as their marketing is deceptive. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LACETTI!!

Received the wrong size for each of four items ordered. The 'Italian Leather' shoes are cheap vinyl and 4 sizes too large. Try getting a refund! Dishonest Business Practices and Appalling Customer Service

Same as the other posts! Total scam! Ordered set of golf grips and got one putter grip. I tried to verify it was a set when I ordered it, but the description did not specify.

Ordered to sets of golf iron grips and received two putter grips for a putter I dont own. To compound they sent again a set of Wrong putter grips just another colour. They then sent an insulting $2 refund offer. Thier 100% refund is a joke thier integrity is zero please do yourself a favour and avoid like the plague

Ordered a full set of golf grips from them and three weeks later a single putter grip arrived. After contacting them and sending relevant photo's as requested two days later they replied telling me that this was what I had ordered and offered a refund of $2. Asked to return item and guess what silence from them. Absolute scam be warned you will lose your money. Update offered me a discount of 4 dollars to.keep it which I turned down. Now reported to PayPal to try and get a full refund.

Your ad showed getting a full set of golf pride golf grips for $26.22 including shipping and then you sent just 2 grips and changed the wording from your ad. Either credit my account for the $26.22 or send the remaining grips. Make this right!

I ordered 2 kit of golfgrip,
All they send me was two puttergrip.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. Rip off company. Ordered a set of golf grips, received 2 putter grips. All they would do is offer me $5 back. What a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Ordered a "Set" of golf grips. I received One. Bait and Switch.... this company is scamming Us....

Beware item will not come and once you contact them they will generate a fraudulent tracking slip from Chinese company. Also will charge you more than the bill of sale every time

Do not use this website. It is a complete scam.

Made my order over a month ago, when I checked the shipping progress said item was delivered to my mailbox, checked mailbox nothing! contacted support and they argued with me that it was delivered and I should talk to all of my neighbors and check my Security cameras, which was done before I contacted them. This is Fraud even the mail carrier said she never delivered it. Do not use this so called company.

This company is a scam, invoice on checkout was +/- $61 but wanted to charge my card $83. Do not buy anything from them without checking the actual amount you are being charged.

Quality is dreadful. Cheap, synthetic and no stretch so difficult to wear. Would give it less than 1 star. Not at all like jumper advertised. Do not buy.

I would give NO stars if I could. I ordered a cork remover, which took forever to arrive. It did not work. I wrote for a full refund, which was "guaranteed" HAH, what a joke. They offered me $8:00! Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

All the things I stated in my last review, and now add the following:
I attempted to engage with their 100% no-risk money-back guarantee and guess what? They don't even respond to emails in their support inbox. How about that?
I found the exact same items on Amazon for 1/3 of the cost. I bet if I went to Temu I could find it even less. Don't waste your time or money with these fraudsters.

Scam. I’m going to do everything I can to get this website taken down.
