Does not communicate.

Hello, i’m not sure whether the company is a good or bad company i didnt recieve my order yet. This is just a direct message to the company so they can let me know whats going on with my order. Ive been emailing you guys for weeks and i never got a response. I even tried calling the number on your site and it always plays music then says your busy. I’m just curious about whats going with my order. It said 4-6 weeks i ordered on march 10th its currently april 13th. Also on your company site says i should receive a acknowledgment email ( i got that email), a email saying that it moved to manufacturing (never got that email) , a email that you cut and glued my item (never got that email) , a email saying you finished work I requested (never got that email) , a email saying its complete and passed to QA (never got that email) and the shipping email. I never got those emails except the acknowledgment that i placed a order. Please contact me. Ive seen people saying they never got there order i just want to make sure thats not the case with me i have an VERY important photoshoot. Please get back to me with updates
*** update i went as far to creating a different email. And finally received a response. Asking me what my order number is. Then after that ignored once again.

NOT GOOD

I bought a nice set, but it broke immediately. It wasn't glued properly. My refund request was denied. The manufacturer requested a replacement. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response since. I've been waiting for months for the replacement, which hasn't arrived, and my inquiries about its status are being ignored.
Finally, Latexmagic attempts to suppress reviews by reporting them with false claims. However, this hasn't worked so far, as the verification process doesn't confirm these claims.

A faulty seam has nothing to do with improper handling. You're a master at telling lies, but unfortunately, your clothing is of inferior quality. Then you say that goods with manufacturing defects are replaced. A faulty seam is a manufacturing defect. But you do nothing. Another lie. The paid service is simply not being provided.

We have clearly stated on both our packaging and our website that latex garments should not be punctured with sharp objects, as they are vulnerable to sharp items and heat. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused intentionally or through improper handling.What you’re saying isn’t quite accurate—the damaged area is not at a bonded seam. We don’t understand why you keep insisting otherwise. In any case, we will not be pressured or coerced into making a decision.

I have made every effort to address this situation reasonably, but your response to my concerns has been dismissive and, frankly, unreasonable.
To clarify, my dissatisfaction is not solely about the condition of the product. While I acknowledge your note regarding avoiding puncturing the item, I would like to point out that I had the pants for less than one hour and was simply pulling the pants up when the damage occurred. However, this is not the primary issue.
The core problem is the significant delay and lack of proper communication regarding my order. I placed this order in January with the expectation that it would arrive in time for an important event on February 22. I made multiple attempts to contact your team and have documented proof of these efforts. Despite this, I did not receive a response until February 25.
Additionally, I was provided with an incorrect tracking number when I inquired about the status of my shipment. Ultimately, I did not receive the product until March 10—well after the date for which it was needed.
Had the product arrived on time and an issue occurred, I would have been far more understanding. However, the combination of excessive delays, poor communication, incorrect shipping information, and ultimately receiving a defective item is unacceptable.

You’re not being honest. We clearly indicated on the website and packaging that the product should be protected from sharp objects. You pierced it yourself with a sharp tool and then demanded a refund—do you think that’s reasonable?

When we refuse this request, you try to use negative reviews to pressure us. That’s how all the bad reviews here came about. We simply cannot accommodate any unreasonable demands.

Poor customer service practices

I asked for an update on my order, and they said it was in production. They sent no other updates, which their website indicated that they would. I finally got fed up with receiving no orders and asked for my order to be cancelled on account of this and then received an email several hours later saying my order was complete and shipping out within the week so they will not cancel it. I would not recommend doing business with this company, as their production and shipping seems very suspicious.

Scammy company. Too good to be true

Products took forever to arrive. One was ripped and broken. Customer service claimed they would remake the item and resend. It's almost been a year and I still haven't received it. They told me they resent it, but sent it to another address when I told them that wasn't my address. They accused me of changing my address And then complaining. It's absolute insanity. Do not work with this company.

I honestly no longer know how to handle this. You changed the address without informing us, and only after the parcel was delivered did you tell us that the address was incorrect.

I never once changed the address. I don't know anybody in this location. I think you got my address screwed up with another customer. I've always been at the same address.

Show me where I changed the address. I'd love to see how this was my fault.

Product not like photo

When I first wrote this review, my item still hadn’t arrived. It eventually turned up but took longer than expected. Unfortunately, the clothing did not match the photos, the fit was completely wrong and was unwearable. I requested a refund, but after my last email I never received a reply. Very disappointing experience overall. I would recommend staying away from this company.

Bitte zeigt mir den Schriftverkehr wo ihr ein Ersatzprodukt angeboten habt. Diese Angebot existiert nicht. Dann sendet das Ersatzprodukt zu und alles ist gut. Aber das tut Ihr ja nicht.
Das 20% Angebot gibt es was aber ein Witz ist bei Fehlerhafter MaterialstÀrke und falschen ReißverschlÃŒssen die Verletzungen verursachen. Es ist nicht geliefert wie bestellt. Es weicht deutlich ab und ist brauchbar. 50% oder ein Ersatzprodukt werden sofort akzeptiert.
Irgendwelche RÌckgaberichtlinien hat es nie gegeben und wurden mir nie ausgehÀndigt. Es gab nur Mailverkehr ohne Hinweise auf RÌckgaberichtlinien.
Es wurde nie und zu keiner Zeit mitgeteilt das ein fehlerhaftes Produkt nicht ausgetauscht wird.
Sie verweigern alles:
Sie verweigern ein Austausch.
Sie verweigern ein Ersatzprodukt.
Sie verweigern ein Retourenlabel fÌr eine Reparatur die nur teilweise gemacht werden kann da die MaterialstÀrke nicht Ànderbar ist.
Sie verweigern eine angemessene Erstattung.
