To clarify our postage policy, we charge a standard £3.99 delivery fee on all orders under £75, unless next-day delivery is selected at £4.99. As a small independent business, we’re unfortunately unable to cover return postage costs when items are returned as unsuitable. This is outlined in our returns policy available to view on our site.

We do our best to help customers make informed choices before purchasing. All measurements and fabric details are clearly displayed in the product descriptions, and our live streams show the fit, fabric, and shape of each item up close in real time.

We appreciate that some customers prefer to shop in-store to try items on before purchasing, and we fully respect that preference. Thank you again for your feedback and for giving Laundry B a try. Team@Laundryb

Regarding postage, we would like to clarify that we charge a standard delivery fee of £3.99 on orders under £75, unless next-day delivery is selected at £4.99. As a small independent business, we’re unfortunately unable to refund delivery or return postage costs when items are returned as unsuitable, which is outlined in our returns policy.

We do try to be as transparent as possible before purchase. All item measurements and fabric details are clearly displayed in the product descriptions, and during our live streams our team shows the fit, fabric, and shape in real time to help customers make informed decisions.

We’re also disappointed to see the comment regarding our customer service team. At Laundry B, our customer care is handled entirely by real caring people — no bots or automated chat systems. Our team is available via phone and email and always aims to help resolve concerns professionally and respectfully. We kindly ask that our staff are spoken about with the same respect they offer to our customers.

While we appreciate feedback, we’d like to note that this review was left before our customer care team had the opportunity to reach a resolution with you. We’re genuinely sorry that the outcome wasn’t what you had hoped for and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
