Ordered bookcase in September. I have half of it!
Constant delays with delivery and little communication. Also received a mirror, which has dents at the top. I contacted them and said they could not replace it as I'd not got the original box.I admit that this was my fault ,but I received absolutely no compensation as a good will gesture ,as I've bought quite a lot of things from there.

I ordered the Iliana tv unit. After about 2 weeks with no sign of it arriving and the tracking information not updated, I contacted Valencia in customer service. She advised that my item had been returned to sender and will arrange for the item to be resent. It arrived 4 days later. Valencia was so pleasant and helpful to deal with. Docking one star for the unit being returned to sender without updated tracking information and no attempt to deliver. I wonder what would have happened if I hadn’t made contact?

I bought a wardrobe back in April. To begin with the delivery was delayed. I did receive the cost of the delivery back from them. When it finally arrived the wardrobe was damaged on the bottom and the leg. It took 5 months, endless emails and many promises of delivery which never turned up for the replacement products to arrive. The replacement they sent was also damaged. It was another month before the a new one arrived. I asked for a refund and to send the wardrobe back multiple times and was offered £30. I received an automated emailing saying I had 3 days to accept the £30 otherwise they would close the compliant as that was the managements final offer.
Utterly appalling service and very poor quality. Avoid

Ordered twice from them and both orders were delayed for weeks without much information being given.
Eventually they turn up

Great customer service. Called me to help resolve an issue as I’d added the wrong shipping address and reached out. Ashley was so helpful and it’s refreshing to have actual contact with a digital brand beyond chat and email.

The communication between company and customer and how easy it was to assemble everything it was very well tought out every piece had a letter and a number which made assembly very easy

Excellent customer service. Replacement legs for my damaged bar stool being delivered to me in the next couple of days.

The garden furniture was delivered faulty. Months later and a replacemnt part still hasnt been delivered.
Now the table is faulty, and their customer service has been appauling.

One of the parts alignment was not correct.. I struggling a lot to fit…. Really disappointed… not recommended

Product exactly as described. Very easy to assemble. Delivery on time. Very happy customer. Ordered same desk a week later!

We ordered a full furniture set on 1st June and are STILL waiting for the final piece — a chest of drawers — with no real updates and no accountability.

Every delivery date we were given has either been cancelled or pushed back, and the latest estimate now stretches all the way into November, meaning a wait of more than five months for something already paid for.

The only reason we haven’t cancelled is because we wanted a matching set, but this level of delay and total lack of communication is terrible. No company should think it’s acceptable to leave customers in the dark for months on end.

The quality of the furniture is absolutely incredible for the price. I got the nesting tables and went back for the floating shelf and radiator cover and am in love. Will definitely purchase again if I need anything
